We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Pretty thin walls, could hear people talk in the next room.
15min car ride to Grand Canyon, big room with refrigerator and microwave, decent wifi although could not do Teams calls. Breakfast same as in other similar hotels (bread, cereals etc)

Hopr there were cups provided for brushing teeth. There was no lighting to light up whole room, facing difficulty when we want to packing our bagages.

It's more or less the place to sleep and leave. Since it is located in the area of one of the most famous natural attraction in US, it could have a little more "coasy mountain place" vibe.
Nice place to sleep when visiting Grand Canyon. Located in Grand Canyon village, the location is good. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean.

The Room size was a little bit too tight. The heater was located too close to the bed which lead to a little uncomfortable night if you take the "two queen beds" Room, as the bed ends being too close to the heater.
The included breakfast, the indoor heated pool and location were great. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room are really great to have.

The check in may not know the actual room location. I booked 3 rooms, its #404, 405 & 406 but the rm406 is at the right side of bldg. It is not closed to 405.

I wish the chairs around the pool covered all corners. Also, the pool could have been warmer. Though it was really cold that day, so I can't really put that as a negative.
I liked mostly location and how clean the place is. The staff was very helpful. Also, the indoor pool and pool hours.

We were asked if we would like our room serviced during our stay at check-in and said that we would. However, our room was not serviced and we ran out of coffee and tissues (the box in the room had two tissues when we arrived) after the first day.
The Holiday Inn Express Grand Canyon is excellently located for visiting the Grand Canyon. Having free parking at the hotel was great and it took us ~20 minutes to drive to the Grand Canyon Visitor Centre. Our room was a King Suite which was clean, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The complementary morning buffet breakfast was excellent and the in-room complementary coffee from the Keurig coffee maker was great.

Overpriced. Blinds in room were damaged. Bath towels way too small.
Breakfast was the best of my entire holiday, and something Europeans are used to compared to ridiculous oversized unhealthy portions elsewhere. Bed was super comfy. Room was large with sitting area and huge bathroom with dove products Great parking. Helpful staff.

disappointed that we were in a separate building than the indoor swimming pool, which meant we would have to walk outside at night to get to the pool. we did have a hot tub in our building so we settled for a r that. hot tub was not very hot the first night but the next day we asked maintenance to check the temperature and that night it was nice and hot. thank you.
bed was very comfortable. we had a king size bed in a suite, which meant for the same cost as a regular room with king bed we got a sitting room also! sitting room was comfortable with couch, table, desk, TV. this worked out great as one of us likes to watch tv in the night while the other person needs more sleep. we enjoyed this benefit a lot! also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. host in breakfast room was very friendly and attentive. thank you.

The breakfast fare was pkg’d eggs, so not great.
I liked that it was close to the GC Visitor Center, altho I was surprised that the nearest grocery store or drug store was an hour away.
