We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Room was very warm. 95° outside the day we checked in and air cond had been turned off in the room Even with Air set at 65 and below for the 2 days stay—barely made the room tolerable. Waking up hot at night Also Noisy vents or machinery in ceiling above our rm 331 never shut off Difficult to ignore going to sleep.

Price was much too high. Rooms were a little dated but adequate. There was quite a strong smell of some sort of cleaning product in the hallways and elevator.
Close to Grand Canyon South Rim. Was In adjacent building that was quieter. Super clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and informative.

The location was very close to the Grand Canyon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was outstanding. The food was very good too.

Air Conditioner in room did not fully cool our room.

The rooms themselves were OK but did not live up to the price point for this hotel. Old time popcorn ceiling type, carpet that was buckling in some spots, relatively small TV, no night lights or even fans for the bathroom are a few examples where some improvements could be made. This hotel is all about the location and not necessarily about providing a comfort level commensurate with the price point.
The location was fabulous for getting to and from the Grand Canyon. The included breakfast was outstanding and gave a great start to each day.

Only think is there is a credit card hold on my card for the same value as the stay which has not been removed. This has been over a month so quite concerning and need it to be removed.
Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome and staff very friendly. Needed help with my car hire and staff were very quick to assist and help with allowing us to use their phone.

Price for one night was very expensive, double what we had paid elsewhere. Cleanliness - there was a black hair on the toilet seat and a couple more in the bath, we are both blond. Wiped down ourselves. Bed comfortable
Location ideal only 15 mins to the Grand canyon , but queues to park and lot availability can be long we arrived at 8 no issues and quiet. Had requested a room away from traffic which was provided and free parking. Pool and therapy pool available. Breakfast was standard fair though sausages very nice.

The facility itself is not anymore top notch. The indoor pool area would require a lifting.
Very close to the Grand Canyon Village. Perfectly located. Staff was friendly and the breakfast included in the daily rate was good, because of the very broad variety they are offering.

Breakfast itself was typical for the US hotels, more like fast food, not many fresh things and lots of sugar, but that we have seen in many places, so I was not surprised. All the TV sets in Holiday Inn are old school and I am really shocked that you still got TV's on which you can not share a content from a phone, per exemple:) Bathroom was kind of small for the size of the room and for 4 and not enough space if you need to stay more than a day.
Large enough rooms for 2 adults and 2 children, comfy beds, large free parking, in a walking distance from plenty of restaurants and shops, vary nice ladies helping with the breakfast, nice staff.

Not all rooms are similar in terms of value. We checked in rather late in the day and ended up in a first floor room facing an interior courtyard. Our room did not get much natural light and there was no view. As the hotel was fully booked, other rooms were not an option. We were only there for two nights and didn't spend much time in the room anyway, so it wasn't a high stakes issue, but is was a bit of a disappointment. For those with longer stays who intend be in the hotel room for longer periods, do keep this in mind.
Very friendly staff and wonderful breakfast! The fresh cinnamon rolls are amazing! The location is as close as you can get to the national park without actually staying in the park itself. Very good facilities and services overall.

The hotel needs some renewal. Breakfast was crowded but I suppose it is always that way. Internet did not work very good.

The building felt old.
The breakfast was good, especially the staff who were very attentive and friendly. They also cleaned the tables immediately after guests finished. Excellent service.
