The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were really nice and the beds were as close to perfect as they could be. I fell asleep instantly. :)

The check-in attendant was rude and unaccomidating. The breakfast could definitely be better. The water was extremely hot, no way to warm it up and the accessible room we were in had no door to the actual bedroom. I'm sure it's meant to be like that but it was not for us.

This hotel was nice, it was in a nice location close to almost everything.

The elevator broke one day, the bathroom could have used more towels, the bathroom counter was scuffed. Most importantly, I got sick after eating the breakfast buffet on days 2 and 4 of our stay (the only times I ate at the buffet). It could be a coincidence, but the timing is suspicious — please pay attention if anyone else mentions this and make sure food safety practices are being followed. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Lovely junior suite with King bed, clean living area and bathroom, nice water pressure in the shower, working large tv. Convenient location close to the major highways, eateries/pharmacy/Sheetz, downtown, etc.

The room were very spacious and the shower was hot. Great facilities. Nice breakfast and the staff were very friendly. The gym is also convenient for a short stay.

I was told t hat check-in was not until three and there were no rooms available but the morning of my check out I noticed that there were people being offered rooms at 10 AM, if that’s the case it needs to be the same across-the-board.

Great location nice clean rooms very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, I missed breakfast so, can’t speak on that but everything else was really great.

It would have been nice to have a bottle or two should have been provided in all rooms.

It was filling and the biscuits were reloaded so they were never hard/stale. Nice variety of jelly and the coffee was fresh and hot. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs the one day, and the cheese omelette the next.

The water pressure with the shower was very weak and disappointing. I had no other issues with the room or property.

The location off I40 is a plus. Also located near quite a few different eateries. Room was clean and a very nice size.

Housekeeping did not clean the room daily, nasty garbage and used towels were left in the room, ran out of toiletries/towels due to houskeeping not coming into the room to clean, a noisey toilet that ran all day and night, and the presence of "ants" every time food was present.

The only real issue was the construction. That causes dust and dirt as well as changes in the entrance. Nothing that was major. Just lowers the facilities appeal temporarily.

that I was not told that the hotel was under such drastic reconstruction. the desk staff when I first arrived was not at desk and she was having a conversation with me from behind a closed door and then came out and talked to me the whole time with a mouth full of food. And when I returned Tuesday night at 8:30 again no one at the desk and it took her a couple minutes to say something from behind a closed door, I was locked out of my room because they changed the whole lock system. she took my name , no hi, no sorry, no bye just handed me the new cards and didn’t say a word. your staff needs some real customer service training!!!!
