Room rugs needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Overall property was a little worn but clean.

The staff was outstanding. Other guests were also friendly and polite. Bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect close to where I was going, many restaurants, shopping centers and historic sites.

I asked for a handicap accessible room, the room was nice but no shower chair and my husband had been hit by a car so he can’t stand up on both legs.

It was close to my family, it’s close to my circle of friends. I like the breakfast and I’m a regular at this particular cite.

The hotel was in a great location to the event I was attending. The room was clean and comfy. I requested foam pillows due to my allergies and was promptly accommodated. Both a hot and cold breakfast was available. The room's toilet was running and the AC unit leaked. I brought it to the front desk personnel and it was dealt with promptly, we were even offered the opportunity to move to another room. Everyone was very personable and friendly.

The prices of the downstairs snacks and the fact that I wanted my heat to stay on as cold as it was last night but the heat kept turning off and I was freezing

Elevators slow and loud. Doesn’t promote confidence when riding them- especially when staying on the 5th floor.

there was no butter for pancakes. hours could be later for the pool, since i didn't have tub in room would have liked the cold dip in there after a long festival day that didn't get us back until 11ish. wish there was more counter space.

I love the pancakes and enjoy all the options. very clean and attentive employees. Also, appreciated the security of the hotel. felt safe. Plenty of outlets in room.

The walls are a little thin, walking down the hallway, I could hear people talking in their room. Our room also had a dripping shower and the toilet ran all night. We didn’t report it because we got in late but it seemed like something they should already have been aware of. It didn’t keep me up, it was just annoying. Other than those things, we enjoyed our

Located right off the interstate, close to Buckroe Beach, and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff was very nice and the room was modern and clean. Breakfast was decent with lots of choices.

I did not like that e we couldn’t find the switch to turn in the shower head. It is located under the faucet, and very difficult to locate

The pool was clean and the staff took notice they were were in there, so they brought us extra towels. Gym is open 24 hrs, it’s clean and fully stocked. The rooms are a nice size

Coffee, hand soap, cups, and towels were not restocked during room tidy up. Was able to get all things needed by asking at front desk...just don't think that should be necessary.

The beds were a little high for a handicap-accessible room. Needed a second trash can for the room. No dresser for clothing.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Handicap shower was perfect, but the water pressure was low. Very good breakfast with fresh pancakes, eggs, meat, cereal, biscuits and gravy. The very best coffee (available 24/7)! The staff was super friendly, made us feel like family. Would highly recommend staying there.

my particular situation made hotel policies kick in and i needed to call in a favor from a friend to cover the 15.00 incidental fee even tho i had cash on hand. I did NOT like or appreciate this, but the front desk guy "Austin" more then made up for the hotels BS policies after this was corrected. Ive stayed at holiday inn expresses all across the country its kinda been a thing for me. But this policy issue had me ready to boycott them all together. If not for Austin being the professional he is, this letter would have been much different
