You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location, coffee bar, room was a nice size. PM staff was super friendly. First room had no AC but the front desk clerk checked it & moved us very quickly.

My room also had outdated and raggedy furniture (all the leather was torned and hanging off the desk chair), and the bed was almost sitting on the floor. torn furniture. The room was infected with ants. I kill ants in the bed with me. The bathtub had so many ants in it that I had to take a sponge bath in the sink.The breakfast and the staff member that prepared it, 👎🏼I have no words. It seems that they are remodeling, but they need to close it down until they can make it livable.
I only like that it is just a walk across the yard to get to the mall.

United States of AmericaThey will not replace the pillows on the beds and they hardly ever have 4 pillows on each bed. And the pillows they do have are worn out terribly bad.. I rode in a car for 8 hours and came to that place to rest. I am tired because the pillows were horrible. I stress this every time you guys ask me for a survey.
