Place was looking a bit run-down; mold in the bathroom, walls in the room had stains, and the place just looked a bit seedy.

The a/c worked and the bed was comfortable.

Had to wait almost 15 minutes before someone came to front desk to check me in. Then hotel was over-booked, so a double room wasn't available, per my request, had to use couch pull out bed. Pull out bed was still tied, so I had to flip, cut ties, then make up bed myself. Pull out bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. They only service rooms every 3 days, so room, towels were not refreshed when we returned in the evening.

Umm probably the fitness didn’t work at the time of my stay but they do have one he said currently getting fix so now I’m up 6 pounds lol but that’s about it other than that Great stayyyyy

The place needs some maintenance, I stayed there over a week, and the table lamp stopped working, its kinda dark in the room, I asked them to check it more than 4 times and no one bothered to see it. the breakfast is ok, but no healthy options, no vegetable's, if you stay for long time you might feel bloated from all the Americans style food. There is also a weird manager that keeps on bossing the employees all the time, you can see the reception employees are not happy most of the time, he thought he is very smart telling me to use the card to open main hotel entrance, i told him it is not working, but he insisted on it. I was waiting for my ride in the lobby, more than 5 times people comes back it is not working, fix your door before you talk in a rude way with us. you can be a manager but don't disrespectful to employees Infront of customers.

The Hotel is clean in general, the smell of Indian scent smoke is very strong at the entrance, its nice sometimes but they over do it in the morning. the house keeping are the best there, very friendly, cleaning the rooms' was really good, they way they communicate very friendly. Target, walmart, panda and other places are walking distance from the hotel. HEB also near by by car, its good for fresh food options.

People on 3rd floor kids bumping like they in a marching band…I kno kids should be free but it was as if they was having a lil uzi concerte upove lol.

It’s a great inexpensive stay I’ve been going her for years and never had a problem lol and YES THEY GOT BREAKFAST. They are pet friendly with fee lol , but they have pool, fitness, and etc.I stayed with my wife and kids and stay was great overall Kidd friendly too , spacious rooms and etc

The facility needs to be updated; I've been coming here since 2020 and everything is still the same. Needs new tvs and repaint the tub, smells like cigarettes on the entire first floor

Room 203 had a filthy bathroom. Floor was dirty. Tub and shower were disgusting. Tub had stains, no drain and tub/shower surround was very moldy

Room was in bad condition and dirty found trash behind the nightstand and there was mold growing around the bathroom mirror!! And walls needed cleaning from food or drink splatter and carpet was stained with either red fingernail polish or worse… Over all I did tell management whom offered to move us to another room but I was checking out anyway and she did tell me out of fairness to the property manager that they just took over this location and they were going to be doing renovations and a deeper cleaning and inspection 🧐 so I would suggest staying there a year from now if at all!!

the hotel is old and very dated. many things were stained or didn’t work properly. first night someone tried letting themselves into our room while we were sleeping. then some clean towels went missing from our room which means that someone let themselves in while we weren’t there. we had the DND sign on door

Could have been a little cleaner. Our toilet seat was peeling the protective coating off, which made it appear very dirty. Not to mention, once the protective coating is peeling, it's no longer easy to clean, so it's not very sanitary
