You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Truly the best planned hotel I have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean in every area - room, hallway, reception, etc. Loads of electrical sockets, a selection of pillows, the screen fully covered the window to block light, and easy access to internet. Bathroom had excellent mirror (I didn’t look ghostly and could do my makeup), several grabbers, a nightlight, plastic chair to put towels near the tub. Very well planned breakfast area with fast and easy access to food - and Jackie was very helpful. Just one of the best places I’ve ever stayed with enormous thought for the guest.

The property was very well kept and calm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and a pretty comfortable size. The breakfast was definitely the star of the show 10/10.

United States of AmericaThere was a problem with using the pool. They couldn’t unlock the door because it wasn’t set to daylight savings time (?) The manager unlocked it on Tuesday afternoon, but Wednesday morning the front desk said it couldn’t be unlocked.
It was under construction at the time, but the staff kept everything running smoothly and clean.

United States of AmericaMy one minor complaint is the fitness center cardio machines had televisions attached to them but they did not seem to work. It would have been better if there were instructions explaining how to work the televisions or if they were not working there was a sign that explained that they were not working.
I thought breakfast was okay but not great. food was always fresh but there were supply chain issues causing a shortage of Juice in the mornings. I'm not a fan of the automatic pancake machine. Overall I think it was fine.
