Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Too much noise from the street, when outside at the pool

Bed was super comfortable, the room was a nice size, had full length mirror, great mirror and lighting in bathroom. Spacious. Had closet for clothes and a couch and table. Great value for the money. Close to downtown Jacksonville. Good free breakfast.

The room had a bad smell upon checkin.It was either someone had been smoking, or it was mold and mildew from the air conditioner unit. The bathroom door was dragging on the floor and only opened less than half way. The soap dispenser at the sink was broken.
Location was good in that it was close raptor the highway, and places to dine.

Hotel Located at back of storage building and street name was hard to find. Very Near interstate and road was busy
Check in was quick and the male front desk was very accomodating when we told him about the room we booked was different than what he gave us. He even went to our room when we called about the TV not being able to stream to Netflix. Room was a little outdated but very spacious and clean. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and hairdryer. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Parking area was well lit.

The location is a little questionable, but we had no trouble.
The cinnamon rolls were delicious! The bed was comfortable, and the room was nice and clean.

Shower curtain had a lot of stains. Should be replaced. Toaster broke while I was using it and there wasn’t a replacement so, although my bagel got warm before the toaster gave out, it didn’t get toasted. Also many people after me were not able to toast their bread.
Nice size room, lobby and eating area.

The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that the shower curtains were full of stains and really should be replaced.
The property was close to my sister who lives in Jacksonville. Darren, the front desk clerk who checked me and my siblings in, was very nice and helpful. We traveled to Jacksonville to attend a funeral and two of my siblings booked a room also. Darren was kind enough to find 2 rooms for us that were next door to each other. We truly appreciated his efforts. The other clerk who checked us out was nice, friendly and efficient. Enjoyed the breakfast but the toaster broke. I was able to hear my bagel up but not totally toast it before it completely died. But loved the eggs with peppers, the cinnamon raisin bagel and turkey sausage.

Breakfast was excellent, with a full bar and goodies every morning. The room was a very good size, I had my very active 3 yr old who had plenty of room for toys and some running around. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly.

Toilet too low, doors didn’t close properly. Entry door didn’t close properly. The adjacent room door was unlocked and didn’t properly close. Very expensive room.

A bit outdated, hotel was somewhat hard to find which was located at the back of storage bldg. Very close to interstate which tend to be noisy. Our room was beside the elevator so we didnt have a very good sleep because of the noise outside. Overall, it was a great stay.
Close to where we wanted to go. Free breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly staff. Lots of parking space.

The bed was so uncomfortable. Need to update those.
The tv’s had the capability to stream from phones which was a super plus since the cable didn’t have many channels to choose from.

When people would leave their rooms, the doors to their rooms would slam so loud it would wake you up out of a deep sleep. Also, I wanted the air to stay on steady. It would wake you up turning on and off all night to regulate the room.
It was very clean and comfortable! Great breakfast and friendly staff!

There was a dental floss pick on the bathroom floor, not ours, made me wonder just how clean it really was. Also the bathroom door wouldn't stay still, it either had to be fully open or completely closed.
The room is spacious and the bed is super comfortable.

We arrived at 3am at this hotel we asked the front desk if we can check out late coz we were tired drove from alabama to jacksonville but he replied anytime after 11am is considered 1 full day but we are fully booked. There was no consideration.. no extra mile was done for us... we paid $126 for a 8 hr stay literally at this hotel. We slept and woke up and in a hurry to take a shower just to get out at 11am.. we didnt even ate our free breakfast just too tired to wake up early..
