We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Terrible customer service. They gave us the wrong room. Then tried to blame it on me. Said I reserved the wrong room. But I proved I did infact reserve the room with 2 beds and a sofa. Also a king bed with a fold out sofa. Then they had No blankets for the fold out sofa in the room. When I went down to ask for some I was told there wasn't any. ac leaked water the whole time, when I called down to let them know they brought up towels and shoved it underneath the AC unit
The food was decent.

This hotel is not clean. From the stained hall carpets to the dirty room at check-in, I was extremely disappointed. The bathroom in our room had dirt on the floor and mold in the shower. There was visible dust on the furniture, and the soft fixtures needed replacement. The room was bad enough that I went to Target and purchased cleaning supplies in order to clean the room (there was not another hotel we could switch to due to everything being sold out.)
The location of the hotel was good, and the AC in the room was great (it was 100+ for some of our days.)

Everything was perfect. I recommend very closer to the Army facility and places to go eat and spend the day with our new soldier. We enjoy the pool very clean..

Desk staff was slow. The lobby smelled musky and like cigarettes. The MATTRESS was broken. And all the outlets in our room looked unserviceable (they were pressed deep into the wall behind covers that did not cover the wires).
Breakfast was good. Water pressure was good.

My room was dirty, the floor had other people's hair wadded up on it. The toilet had not been cleaned. There was mildew in the shower caulking. Hairs on the bed. YUCK
There was a huge bug crawling around the sticky floor. Very gross. No one took care of it.

The water was not hot. Very low water pressure in the bathroom sink. Especially the Hot Water. Room floor was not clean. There was Fried Chicken crumbs on the floor from the previous tenant. Not enough Pillows in the room to support a King Size Bed and a Pull Out Couch.
Somewhat clean, comfortable beds and Continental breakfast.

on the first day the receptionist told me breakfast started at 9am today, which i thought was odd. We went at 9 and it was closed, another worker gave me oatmeal which was nice. Both days of my stay the fire alarm kept ringing at the same time around 7 am. 3 times 2 different workers just came in and opened the door without nocking once to check the fire alarm and the other 2 times were for housekeeping. Overall the hotel was nice and clean but breakfast and restrooms were missing items.

They need to have at least 4 pillows on king size bed. Also should have extra blanket in room. Double bowl sink in bathroom would be nice. I didn't get my rate I was suppose to by booking on my mobile but since I paid thru booking.com the hotel had no control on correcting the total. Talked to booking. com they said couldn't take the 16% tax off but that is what secret deal and mobile price showed. Wasn't unhappy with hotel but dissappointed in booking.com. I will be paying at hotel in future.
The room was larger than most. Bathroom larger than most. Nice large shower. Bed Comfortable , Great location and breakfast buffet had lots of selection. Staff was very helpful. Housekeeping checked every morning to see if we needed any services. They brought us extra pillows and towels.

The breakfast was not necessarily the best. The machine for juices was broken so only drink options were water, milk & coffee. I highly recommend putting out pitchers of juice for kids etc. that can’t have coffee or milk.
