You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The property is updated, well maintained, and clean. Room was clean and perfect for what I needed. Location was very near AmTrak Auto Train Station which was important for this trip. Plenty of parking the night I stayed. Everyone that worked there was helpful, friendly, always available to answer my questions, and very kind. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Stayed one one night on my trip passing through and had an outstanding experience.

United States of AmericaI left my glasses in the hotel in room 107and I can't get a hold of the actual hotel to see if they have them. Any number I find gets me to a reservation desk, not the actual hotel.
Everything was great! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. Our heater in our room was a bit noisy and there was little light in the room but we were happy with our stay.

United States of AmericaPerfect in all ways. Location just off interstate and Amtrak auto train is a couple of minutes away. Gas station, Burger King, Pizza, etc across the street. Staff is great. Room (King bed) has comfy couch. No street noise. Basic breakfast options. Hotel is very clean. Room was spotless.
