I had prepaid for a "Queen Suite", which wasn't really a suite, just a room with two queen beds plus a sofa. The room we initially were given was a smaller standard room, with no room for a sofa. Plus, the TV in that smaller room had been ripped off the wall and the phone looked like it had gone through the microwave. The lady at the check-in desk begrudgingly changed my room to what I had paid for, which also included a TV on the wall and a working phone.

The hotel was easy walking distance to The Discovery Center, where our Triathlons were happening.

Room fan on high was very loud and cold. Hard to regulate. Turned it down to low fan and it made grinding sounds all night. Hotel not accessible from parking ramp. Had to walk outside in pouring rain and cross a street to access the front of the hotel

The bathroom had a weird smell. One light bulb is missing. Coffee Maker did not work.... We told the housekeeper, when we were leaving, and she apologized. She also thanked us and said she would check and take care of it.

The staff is very cheerful and helpful. When we couldn't get onto WiFi, she helped us and to get streaming, but the hotel had no connecting wire. The breakfast was good. You could have coffee whenever you wanted and sit at the tables with your takeout. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. Even the Chaise Longe in our room was very comfortable.

Downtown location was great… Within walking distance of many great places to eat and shop. Your staff gave many great suggestions on places to visit.

Breakfast had a wide variety of offerings but - there definitely wasn't anyone paying attention to when the food ran out. Long waits - and not everything was replenished. The pancake machine was broken.

The parking was a joke, definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here in the winter if you dislike cold weather. The ramp we had to park in was constantly not working had to have the staff fix it about 3 or 4 times to which they did. It was just very frustrating as the weather was very cold.

Staff was friendly the hotel room was okay, obviously has recently had repairs that weren’t finished in the room but didn’t bother anyone who was with us.

Excellent breakfast and the location was great to explore the downtown and riverfront. Excellent restaurants nearby.

The room service is non-existent. We travelled with a couple of infants and as can be expected, trash builds up quickly, especially since we had all our meals in our room. We requested room service and the front desk noted our request, even wrote down our room number. But nobody came to service our room. Even the coffee machine was not refilled when we checked in. I would have expected a lot better service since we paid $300 per night for 2 nights. Visitors need to be explained beforehand how the parking works. I booked the 411 garage using Spot Hero. But the garage doesn't allow multiple entry/exits. So we ended up purchasing another parking ticket and had to validate it at the hotel, which then allows us multiple entrance/exits.

The hotel's location is a plus. Its in the heart of downtown, close to all attractions, river walk and restaurants

Parking- I parked in the lot the first night and was charged $35. Other properties i have visited charge $10 a day or flat rate for your entire stay due to you staying at the hotel. I parked on the street the next 3 nights and my $20 parking ticket was cheaper then the first night in the garage (got figure).

The greetings when arriving and leaving the property, breakfast on point( not the average continental most have), great location.

The room lights were confusing to operate and you had to turn all of them off at a master switch to avoid a very bright night light. also, kind of pricey.

Every time we left the parking ramp our validated ticket would not let us exit. We had to run it at least three times on Saturday and twice on Sunday and the front desk had to walk out to let us out with their main badge or code. Very inconvenient. Did not think about the location and thought we would have a pool for the weekend which was disappointing.

Breadfast was ok. Ran out of pancake batter and coffee both mornings. I reserved on line and thought I reserved two beds, ended up with one king bed so had to transfer to different room next day, no charge.
