My husband wanted a king bed, so I chose a suite, which was nice except for a few details. The kitchen area could have used some overhead and/or under cabinet lighting. There was no booklet or information in the room about the hotel and surrounding area. Normally, and in the previous Holiday Inn Express we stayed at, we had a book which gave that information. We did not know that we had to let the staff know that we wanted "room refreshed" each day. The exhaust fan in bathroom did not work well.

The location to Bricktown, the Myriad Botanical Garden and the Banjo Museum was excellent. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite large and had some towel racks, but could have used one under or at the sink.

I am unhappy that the pool was not functional however it was not the hotels fault bec it’s on the website but I booked through booking dot com. I specifically looked for hotels with indoor pools and it gave me this hotel as a choice! You all def need to route your customers otherwise if it under construction.

Breakfast was awesome. Room was clean and neat. Staff is excellent! Very accommodating and helpful and pleasant!

Was not told handicap parking was free so I paid $15 a day to park.

The room was very spacious but only had the king size bed and a small chair with ottoman. More seating would have been nice. Had to call front desk for help turning on the TV. The "on" button was located in a rather "hidden" spot.

The location was perfect... very close to the event we were attending. We enjoyed walking in the evening near the hotel and seeing the beautiful horse drawn carriages. With all the Christmas decorations outside... it was magical.

I felt that the room hadn’t been cleaned there were small spots on both beds that looked as if the sheets hadn’t been changed and the bathroom was dirty.

The beds were comfortable! The area was safe!

I think parking should be entirely free because the hotel is not cheap; the fact that guests need to request the room refresh, and the lack of told or tea in the lobby after breakfast hours. Also, the shower in room 217 needs some deep cleaning.

The location! You can walk pretty much to everywhere. The size of the room, the bed, the pillows, the parking that wasn't "too expensive" compared to other hotels, and the fact we could keep the car parked during the last day of the conference even though it was after our departure time. Front desk people! Thank you for your kindness!

The sofa bed wasn't made. When I got the plastic bag for that sofa bed, it only had a mattress cover and comforter, no sheets! Breakfast seemed like it was always out or slow to restock. Not really set up well to move people. Good choices though.

Attention to details needs looking at . Light didn't work so i changed over the bulb but it turned out to be the socket . Should really check these things . Charging for a car park space does not give you a good look , you need to think about this

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the breakfast. It was just very plain and all pre-made. The sausages looked and tasted like they were just steamed.

The hotel is in a great area for just walking around. It's within walking distance from everything in Bricktown so it was really enjoyable.
