Did not care for the smell of incense that was in the hotel. whether it was a spray scent or burned incense, it was a bit unpleasant. what is wrong with regular air freshener?

we did not use the breakfast, but w did get coffee there , and it was good. the room was clean and comfortable.

My main complaint is the humidity in the room. We tried turning on the AC to help pull out some moisture and it was just sticky and freezing at that point. The King sized bed- only my infant son and I slept in the bed- was not solid when you sat on the side (nursing, getting shoes on etc). It felt like it wasn't on the bed frame and multiple times at night/half asleep- that sucked. It really didn't feel particularly clean with stains on the fitted sheet, the desk lamp, chair and curtains. Maybe for a $60 hotel but not closer to $90.

I forgot breastmilk in the fridge after I returned my room key and the attendant was happy to let me go back to my room and retrieve it after check out. PHEW! Thank you Dilip! The breakfast was nice with a waffle maker available.

There was a smell in our room. AC was not on when we came into our room and it felt humid and sticky, especially the carpet.

Location was very convenient for a quick night stop on our way home. Breakfast options were great and plentiful! Good value.

The first thing we noticed was that a huge section of brick was missing on the upper front of the bldg., along with the canopy over the entrance. Had some issues checking in, as they did not show my pre-paid reservation with Booking.com. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Bath tub need cleaning.

I always call day before to confirm booking, remind we are often late arrivals (really late). Lady that answered phone had not checked booking.com though I had booked end of June 2022 and I called mid-Sept 2022. Almost didn't have a room. She didn't know how to make sure their system linked with booking.com, manually gave me a room but when I arrived and checked in their system picked up my booking.com reservation and pre-authorized 4 times on my debit card. At midnight after traveling had to go down make demand the night clerk release the other pre-authorizations. Beware of that.

my bed was short sheeted. the tv remote only worked if I was standing in front of the tv. The manager came. stood in front of the tv. said it was "good enough"!!! The handicap handle in the bathroom was not screwed into the wall. Completely useless and unsafe. There was a used washcloth stuck in the shower curtain. EEwww!!!

I liked the breakfast and it lasted long enough to get up and get down to the breakfast area and still make it to my appt.

Its was a very big room. However we quickly found they had put us in a handicap Accessible room.

Housekeeping could have been a little more prompt earlier in the day instead of coming at about 4:00/4:30 pm. Carpets really need to be professionally cleaned due to my socks turning black.

Staying at Comfort Inn was a comfortable stay. The breakfast was okay, could have put out different fresh fruit instead of apples everyday. The room was clean but housekeeping could have been prompt when requesting to have fresh towels. The only thing I would highly recommend is that Comfort Inn look into getting the carpet professionally cleaned. I had to wear socks cause the carpet was so dirty that my socks turned black from walking on the carpet.

The pool was absolutely freezing. stayed for 3 nights and my family could only be in the pool for minutes because of the cold temperature. FIX THE SHOWER HEAD it was completely loose and sprayed out the back.
