Not enough cameras. My tools was stolen out of my truck. $3,000 worth and camera was not even showing my truck. Will not stay there again because of this. Needs lots of cameras considering the slums around it.

Full length mirror needed in room. I had 2 events but never got to see entire outfit. Not enough counter space in bathroom. The thing that was very odd was that when I reserved the room, I wanted a shower which I would think was standard but this room was the only one that advertised a shower AND towels. Very strange way to put it bc towels should be understood. I think that’s why I ended up w a handicap room.

Breakfast was ok. The egg omelets were strange. The breakfast lady was extremely nice.

The sink clogged when running water. Didn’t drain well. I am a short person. The beds are too high up. (But they were very comfortable. )

The staff was not very helpful. I had emailed a few weeks before arrival that we needed to check in early and checkout late. Upon arrival, we were told those requests were only granted to "members". The response to my email was we have to see what's going on when you arrive. I've NEVER had an issue with either of those requests at any other hotel. We were coming to Columbus for the State Republican Convention and I as a delegate, had to be at the Convention Center at a certain time on the arrival date and could not leave the convention on our departure date until late afternoon. My husband was not a delegate so he had to find something else to do to cater to my schedule. This was very disruptive and aggravating to both of us.

The tub floor was rounded on the edges enough that my husband and I both felt unstable moving in the shower. It threw each of us off balance. Also I tried to call the front desk several times between 10:30-11:00pm to confirm whether the area was on Central or Eastern time, but no one ever answered.

Room is very nice with a comfortable bed and fun chair to sit in to relax and read or watch TV. Everything was clear and orderly. Very bright and welcoming common areas.

the only downfall would be the pool was not nearly as nice as most of the pictures show. it was clean and a decent size but it’s made of some type of rocky material that serious scratch and cut you if you aren’t careful when getting in and out and walking around in it.
