Arrival front staff gentleman seemed unstable. Location was hard to find at first.

It was nice inside. Breakfast was excellent. Front staff upon arrival was just okay. Gave me some faulty information regarding quality of food located next door restaurant. Rooms were decent spacious and clean

The trash cans were not emptied regularly during breakfast.

The staff was very accommodating, really friendly, helpful and kind. The room was huge, clean, comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable but a little bit too high. A refrigerator and a microwave served for our comfort. I loved all the full-size Dove products in the bathroom. This hotel offers a hot breakfast (omelet, sausage, pancake etc.). Other options are also available (fruits, juice, cereals, yogurt, jam, toast, bagels, etc.). The cinnamon rolls are delicious!

We loved that the hotel was on our route off US30 to Washington, DC and near Carnegie, Pa which is where my grandmother grew up. The food at the onsite restaurant was very good and the staff their is exceptional. Hotel was very neat and clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The second morning, breakfast was lacking, apparently due to a missed delivery of food after being wiped out the previous day as the hotel was full of guests in town for the baseball game, eclipse, etc. As the manager, I would have sent someone to a local grocery for enough supplies to ensure expectations of paying guests were met.

Clean, modern facility in a convenient location. Room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Indoor swimming pool was large and clean with plenty of seating, fresh towels, and water at just the right temperature. Fitness room was clean, well equipped, and not crowded. The first morning, breakfast was good, with hot eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal with toppings, three types of cereal, baked goods, and hot coffee with a pitcher of half-and-half.

Cleanliness of the bathroom when we arrived. Also, the water and apples in the lobby were empty. Both times we went to check.

The breakfast was good, but super crowded so we had to eat in the lobby. The older lady working at the breakfast was extremely friendly. When we checked in and got into our room, there were long black hairs on the bathroom floor. I called down, and the guy at the desk did give us a different room, but it kind of set the mood for cleanliness.

On Day two the room was never serviced. Bed not made, trash not removed, towels not replaced. Looks like they forgot me that day. All other days fine.

Great stay the rooms are huge, beds and bedding comfortable. The breakfast had very nice choices, plenty of protein options. We had some special requests and they were able to meet our requests which was much appreciated.

When we checked in the gentleman who was doing it tried to help us out I guess. He made us waste about 45 minutes looking for another room to accommodate us. We wound up going with my original room. I weighed all my options prior to booking the room. His suggestions weren't very helpful. I think he was trying to be helpful! It wound up being a huge waste of time I have to traveling for a very long time. In my opinion I think he should have offered a late checkout to compensate for the 45-minute delay. Telling us that we could possibly clock out around 12:00 or 1:00 would have felt like he understood how much of a waste of time his help was.

The location of the hotel to everything we were doing in the area It was perfect.

Giant crater on the one side of the bed, uncomfortable furniture, shower leaks all over floor because of curtain.

The room had some things from other hotel guests like the breakfast silverware & a dirty oven mit. Everything else was clean though. The owners spoke very little English so it made communication a little harder, however they did try & were nice. Each night we had to get new hotel room keys because ours kept getting deactivated for some odd reason. The floor we were on also was a little noisy past the quiet hour time but we made do.

There was a lot of options for breakfast & all the food was served hot. The location of the hotel was great due to having restaurants near by & stores to shop at very close. The pool was clean & there was always towels accessible.

The breakfast was ok.More variety was needed. The staff was friendly, however, i did not like the assumptions made about me. While chatting two of the front desk attendants some how felt that the bus was the best option when i told them i was taking the uber.one commented that if i want to spend my money on uber that's my issue. I do not think that comment was appropriate.

The room was comfortable and clean.The location is fairly close to downtown and safe.

The room was so outdated. Couch is not comfortable to sit on. Stained bench in room. Dirty carpet and shower leaked all of the way into the carpeting ! The curtain can not contain the water. Water everywhere. Front desks solution, as thye already knew what I was talking about, was to lay a bunch of towels on the floor first to soak up the water. Handed us a lot of them! View stunk, but that was not a priority for me.

Loved location, front desk staff minus one, was so nice. Lobby was beautifully decorated and breakfast was good. Size of room was good too.
