We asked to have our room done and nobody showed up to do it. It wasn’t done through our entire stay. There were also a few bugs in our room that we killed. They were centipedes. I also didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a place to put my makeup and hair products. I held them on my lap.

We liked the cleanliness of the room and the bed was very comfortable.

Broken glass in the pool. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. The corner of the room looked like it wasn’t cleaned in awhile. It had dead bugs and dirt.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were friendly. The location was perfect for our stay.

The door was thin and hard to close, in order to lock the door when we left. The suite was right next to the stairs that led to the pool, so kids were running down the hall and slamming the stair door and room doors until 11pm. Also, the floor was really sticky from whatever cleaning solution they used. And the ice bucket was moldy, apparently it had not been wiped dry before placing the bag and lid on. The seating in the kitchen area was a bit cramped for my liking and always very busy.

The suite was very spacious and comfortable. I liked that you could actually turn off the a/c unit and not just auto fan like many hotels. The Dove brand soaps and shampoos were lovely.

The breakfast biscuits and eggs were not as goid as I remembered. The pool had a grove when you step off the the steps. If you did not know it was there, you could slip. There were only two luggages and some guests held them in their rooms so there were no cats at check in.

Bed was comfortable, and thr pool was warm.

Beds were uncomfortable. Got woken up at 6am am by a cart rolling up and down the hallway Room was decently clean but one of our towels had some marks on it and some spots on the pillow but we just simply set them on the floor and didn't use them Price was a bit high for a small room

I booked a room with 2 beds but they only had one with 1 bed. They did give me a cot after I asked for one, but the cot was extremely uncomfortable. There was also no vent/fan in the bathroom, which made it annoying to get ready after showering.

Bathroom size was super compact, I'm 5'2" (not big/tall) I had to back up straddling the toilet to close the door. The breakfast selections were limited and less than desirable, I've not encountered this at other Holiday Inn locations. The parking lot, entry, front desk, and elevator all are compact, and worn, first impressions is you've walked into lower ☆ chain motel that has a Holiday Inn Express sign.

The location was pretty good, our King room was nice and clean, and bed was comfortable.

The pool was cold, really cold and there was what looked to be only emergency lighting in the pool area. There is also no bathroom in the pool area. Definitely more towel bars/hooks are needed, especially with a hotel that has a pool. We were a family of four and, if we used our towels for swimming, and then towels after swimming, there would never have been enough room to hang them all up. More towel racks/hangers please!

The property was convenient to restaurants, Sheets and stores. I had no trouble finding it. The rooms were clean and well-kept. Also, this hotel actually used real Dove products for shower supplies. I’ve stayed at other HI-Ex and saw staff refilling the shower supplies with no-name refill products. Breakfast staff was very friendly!

The bathroom. Paint was coming off the walls, there was major rust spots and the door didn't shut.

Breakfast was amazing. The pool was warm! We had a great time!
