You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaHad problems with lower level door by the elevator would not unlock, the day after our first night stay. Had problems with room key on day 2 of our stay. Could not get in the room.
Breakfast was very good. Breakfast Manager was VERY friendly/ helpful. Love the easy access to the ice water pitcher. Coffee was very good. Room was clean and loved the water view from room. Cleaning staff, very friendly/ helpful when my room key stopped working.

United States of AmericaThey had a very good breakfast buffet. More choices than you usually see for a hotel breakfast. They also have benches and fishing rod holders by the water so you can fish right behind the hotel day or night(lights). They had a smoking section on a outdoor patio facing the bay with a beautiful view. The view from the room was better than expected. I have attached a picture.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the first night I got woke up all throughout the night because someone on the floor above us kept stomping around. I finally called front office at 4 am and they must have called them and it finally stopped. Second night no issues.
The beds were super comfortable. Port Lavaca is a smaller coastal town so no traffic the hotel was close enough to everything and my husband had great luck fishing on the back of the hotel. Plus the cable selection was really nice.
