We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOur 1st night, there were guest yelling and screaming right across the hall. I had to call front desk about 2:30am. Then the remodel crew started at 8 and made a horrible noise. However our second night was quiet and no remote crew in the am.
It was only a few blocks from family, so very convenient

Asked to speak with a manager or GM was told multiple times we would. Nothing here it is Thursday morning, we checked out last Sunday

United States of AmericaI was assigned a room that was dirty. As in never cleaned since the last guests. I opened the door to a filthy room! I returned to the check in counter & she assigned me another room. The carpet was very worn & the sofa had a lot of stains. All my years of travel, this has never happened!
Breakfast was good. Liked the Dove brand products.

United States of AmericaRoom did not get cleaned during the stay. Elevators were out of service part of the time. No staff at the front desk when we arrived. Floor of elevator was sticky from a spilled drink. Believe many of the problems were due to inability to get sufficient staff.

nothing. most expensive motel on our 5 days of oregon coast travel. no hot tub, no exercise room, tv had no service was told everyone brings there own laptops and phones so the service never gets fixed. food was very plain and I’ll never stay again.

She didn't want me to have to wait for the whole, large carafe to fill. That was very thoughtful and appreciated. Great staff!

Christian went above and beyond helping us to figure out how to manage this unfortunate mess. He let us borrow a rolling chair from the office and was so sweet about it. We were so embarrassed and he acted like it was no big deal. Thank you so much Christian!! We appreciate your kindness and ingenuity!!

There was dirt in the hallways and in the elevator entrance. Our reservations were incorrect and I had to struggle to get them corrected. Music from the entryway could be heard in our room all night long. This hotel was awful

When we walked through the front door the decor was nice and so inviting. The gal working at the front desk was super friendly & helpful. The room was larger than most that I have stayed in when traveling. It was arranged perfectly so it seemed really cozy & nice.The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. It was so soft & comfy. The Hotel, Staff, & Room were all AMAZING! I Loved everything about this place. We were even given an early check-in without asking & at no extra charge. Who does that?? The next time there is another weekend of work available through my company, I'm going to jump on it for sure so I can stay at The Holiday Inn Express again. I Can't Wait! Love- Love- Loved it!
