The bathroom fan was connected to the lightswitch but was very, very loud so it was awkward during the middle of the night. And with no nightlight it was a problem.

The beds were comfy and the room was quiet even though we were right beside the elevator. Really enjoyed the breakfast. And there was an endless choice of restaurants nearby. Nice size room.

shower pressure was very weak and the breakfast was lacking, would of been better with scramble eggs vs the southwest omelettes and food ran out and took a while to get replaced.

It was rather run down. There was a strong smell as soon as I walked in the lobby. My room looked as if it had experienced flooding and was missing floor molding.

All staff I interacted with were very pleasant.

I didn't like the many lady bugs in the first room I had. Changed to another room saw a baby roach in the bathroom and there was another ladybug on my luggage this morning.

Great location just off the highway. Reasonably comfortable, though the smell from cleaning products was quite strong when we entered the room. The room itself was clean. Breakfast was standard and well-stocked. Desk staff was great.

The room was dirty. The floor in the bathroom wasn’t clean. The carpet had stains and was dirty. Bathroom was small….had to step aside the toilet to close the door!

Breakfast was good. The desk clerk was super friendly and treated us very kindly! The breakfast bar attendant was working hard with a smile on her face and was very attentive.

I've stayed here before in 2021 it's gone down since then. Roaches were in my bathroom. My housekeeper didn't change my sheets like I ask instead she made the bed. They made me change rooms on my last day saying I been there too long so had to switch rooms . I was there because my mom passed. Don't you think I had enough to deal with

I have only stayed at this location once and could not possibly give a comment on this area. It was an in and out stay as I was passing through.

Good location when Traveling Hwy 95. Easy on and off and close to the 295 drive around for Richmond. (best way around). Gas, Food, Store, selection is good on this exit. The Rooms are nicer than most. When Driving the Hwy 95 corridor the best gas prices will be found at the Warrenton rd exit off 95. The congestion is alway heavy passing by Fredericksburg. I suggest passing this area well before or after any daily commuter traffic times.
