My son was in a tournament in which his uniform needed washed each night. They told me washer was broken, so I washed his uniform by hand in the shower. Took it to use the dryer only to find the dryer was what was broken. Ended up having to dry by hand with hair dryer. Also, our coffee maker in the room was broken so you had to hold it together to brew it. And the air conditioner quit working in the middle of the night...our room ended up being 77 degrees.

The staff was very friendly and location was great. The beds were very comfortable.

The only true problem I had was that my bathroom sink didn’t drain well, and when I tried to push the cover up and down to see if it would help it wouldn’t come back up.

I liked the location it was very convenient and easy to find. Check in was also a breeze and everyone was so welcoming!

When we got assigned a room it was a room that wasn’t clean so we had to wait to get a different room. The new room we got looked very clean though:) Wish the pool was a little warmer and wish there was a hot tub.

I liked the location and that it was only 10 min from the race track and 20-30 min from Kansas City:) Breakfast was great as was the staff.

A/C turned off in the middle of the night. Other customers commented about this during checkout. Did turn back on after adjusting the thermostat again. Seems odd that this common problem is occurring in a very new property.

The toilet broke in our first room so we had to change rooms because there was no one available to fix it. Our next room had black mold in two places in the shower.

The room and bed were comfortable. The location for us was great. The staff, especially Logan (worked in the evening on May 21), was great.

It was day light savings so we lost an hour and missed breakfast. Our bathroom was still dirty. Hair in shower and sink. Bathroom floor was gritty.

The bed was super comfortable and the room size was nice. The staff was super friendly. Even when delivering bad news :(

No coffee, during breakfast, 1st day scrapping to get any eggs, while staff sat next to us and didn't seem to care if we had any coffee or food, it was only 915 am, 2nd day coffee ran out again, there was more guests and they wer complained about the coffee and lack of food, we checked out and got breakfast. The breakfast one of the main reasons we chose Holiday inn

1. The bed was a little high. At 5’ 5”, I shouldn’t have to climb like a child to get into bed. 2. Elevator was icy in temperature. 3. We stayed five nights. Night three, we got new towels at the front desk. No came near our room the entire time we were there. 4. Lake Huron is my standard for water temperature. We could not swim as the water was to cold in the pool. 5. We mentioned the fruit loops that had been in our hallway, on the rug, when we checked out
