The bugs, Texas Roaches! They were outside as you walked in and inside on the first floor! I woke up to one in our bathroom. I am sure it crawled in under the hallway door. We were on the 1st floor. Also the sink was very slow to drain.

The room and bed were very comfortable! The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Great staff at this hotel!

Wet towel and wash cloth in my room as if someone had showered there. Bed was made and clean but still had strange feeling about the room.

The Worse breakfast I have ever had at a Holiday Inn. No scramble eggs not hot. Cereal all packs. I will not stay there any more because of that. Just went to IHOP

Currently renovating... good thing because my room had several large weak spots in the flooring, bathroom tiles falling apart, sink slow to drain. Elevator definitely needs service!

Room was clean, staff very friendly. Front desk person was phenomenal. Breakfast was a great variety and well tended to. Coffee bar was great!

The jacuzzi quit working every 2-3 minutes. We were celebrating the 1 year anniversary of my second open heart surgery on our way to present my Dr. with a present. Fix the jacuzzi issue and finish the renovations and then your hotel will be even a greater success. Be back in a year!

The desk clerk that checked us in was very nice and very helpful. She greeted every guest with a giant smile. Great first impression for the hotel.

when we checked into our room there nail cluppings on the carpet under the desk. The room refrigerator was very noisyThe bathroom could have brighter lighting

Loved the popcorn in the afternoons. Breakfast had lots of choices! The shower was nice and had good pressure.

Renovation being done, did not know until checked in. Was told at check in because of renovation there would be no hot breakfast felt that should’ve been some thing that was mentioned during booking. Also felt there should’ve been a discount for not having the perfect stay. Sign saying getting ready for our next stay. What about the one you’re in now felt it should’ve been just a special. Did not like the AC unit never shuts off not even a way to have it as auto instead of constant air. Not the expectation that I was expecting.

without a doubt, nearly impossible to "get to" because of the ongoing, messy road construction and google maps did an absolutely AWFUL job attempting to "direct" me to where the hotel was - this last isn't holiday inn's fault but i would bet is causing them a lot of lost business at this location - unbelievably difficult to get to, as a result

very nice (pleasant, polite) staff, good enough for one night and if the road construction in sherman ever is done, ideally situated

The bed was very uncomfortable and there was only a desk chair and one worn out and uncomfortable lounge chair in the room. Nowhere for two people to sit and have a place to put a drink or play a game of chess. all the furniture was old, scuffed and very little artwork. It was more like a cheap Motel 6 or something of that level.

The hotel was clean but the pool was VERY dirty. It’s a nice indoor pool and hot tub but it was kind of disgusting. also my neighbors were smoking so much pot that it was choking me in the next room. I normally wouldn’t mind but it was really messing up the ambiance, think of your neighbors, neighbors! The beds were also terrible, they were so hard we asked for something to pad mattress and they were given a thicker comforter which did help a bit.

It’s new and it seems new. I got the room with the jacuzzi tub and I was NOT disappointed by it. I really wanted to relax and it definitely made visiting my parents feel more like vacation. Breakfast is always decent - plenty of hot food to choose from. Fairly quiet with decent sound proofing.

bathroom needs updated, part of dry wall was cut out from tub leaking, the main light over vanity did not work. Room spelled stuffy but was clean. No outside lights in back parking light.
