An Outside Pool would have been Great. They have indoor Pool there. Larger Refridge in the Room..Couldnt fit much in tiny fridge.

Beautiful property, can walk to beach 4 min walk and can walk to the Vilano pier and restaurants on the water. Close to St. Augustine trolly will Pick up at hotel.

Breakfast was good. A gentleman came around to each guest with a nice fruit cup and a slice of watermelon each carefully wrapped for freshness. Turns out that the gentleman was actually the owner of the hotel. With such a personal, hands on touch, it’s no wonder that the whole operation was excellent.

Breakfast was amazing, it went above and beyond for a continental breakfast. The pizza place right next to the hotel was really good and there was a Publix right nextdoor. Only a block from the beach. The staff was friendly.

The staff was outstanding. They worked to keep me in the same room for a second night even though I only had a reservation for one night. They were super. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had.

It very clean. People working are really friendly and helpful. The lady working at the breakfast shop, she was so friendly and kind, we didn’t get her name but she said she was from Palm Coast, she deserves a raise. I will definitely go back again. The beds and pillows were so very comfortable. They also have beach chairs for use for free. The owner was there greeting and talking to all the people staying there. Great job.

We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn St. Augustine. We were looking for something a little quiet and with a view. After checking in, we walked two blocks to a restaurant with seating outside by the water. While it was a bit chilly, it was a lovely evening, and we had a lovely dinner.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The hotel staff was very welcoming. The staff at breakfast was always very friendly and provided additional treats as you ate your meal. Rooms were clean and the were services I found very helpful, like the shuttle to the on and off trolley bus that tours around old town in St Augustine. The location is in a quiet area away from traffic and noise of the city. A beach is nearby, which is quite pretty and calming.

When I booked with Booking . Com I requested 2 queen size beds but when we checked in I was told per booking . Com it would be first available. So we ended up with a 1 king size bed.

Prices were higher because it was The Players, Sawgrass event. Guess it’s understandable but still a tad frustrating!

The only thing I didn’t like were the pillows.

It’s hard to believe it is a budget hotel. It was very clean, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, they had beach chairs and equipment to borrow (not rent), and best of all, Farijd in the breakfast area was so friendly and chatted with everyone while handing out fresh fruit cups, homemade muffins, and cleaning up our plates daily. Plus, our room was huge, it w was a short walk to the beach and convenient to everything we wanted to do in St.Augustine. There was even a grocery store right next to the hotel, which was great for anything we needed.
