If the bed wasn’t as high. I’m 4’11 so it was difficult getting in the bed. But everything else was good to my liking.

Breakfast was exceptional. I liked everything about it. Food was good, very clean and kept up. I will be coming back. Thank u for a great stay.

The elevator needs to be serviced; you thought you’d be stuck inside every time it went up. The noise was frightening.

The USB chargers didn't really work. Other than that, the bedside table on the bed near the window was leaning.

The beds were very comfortable, but the room was a little small. You can tell the hotel is a little bit older just from the condition of the furniture, but I can't complain since the beds were so comfortable!

Older lady at breakfast station was very rude. Never have experienced this at a Holiday Inn Express. Asked for some more bacon and she said what you want first the bacon or the plates that another guest had asked for. Then she brought the bacon out and said this is all you going to get. I could not believe what I heard so I went to the manager on duty and when she went to talk to her the older lady snapped at her also. Also the sewer smelled through the bathroom toilet. The maid was very nice and tried to clean it again and spray some smell good but it still smelled. We bought some febreeze and made it better. The pool needs attention also. Water was not clear. Other than that it was a good stay.

Front desk staff was very friendly and overall it was a good place to stay.

They had someone's dirty shirt under the sofa bed and the sheets and blankets were still on it from the people before. Obviously the cleaners don't do their job 100%.

First room assigned had water leaking from refrigerator and a large amount of water was on the floor that I nearly slipped on upon entering the room, staff moved us to another room in that room the A/C was not cooling like it should at the temp that was set, had to move to another room, but when I reported the first words out of the front desk attendant mouth was that she didn't receive any other complaints, very disappointing for her to say that when indeed the A/C was not cooling

The breakfast was definitely lacking. Service was very slow at refilling the things that were actually available. Pancake machine was broken... and no option for waffles at all? No scrambled eggs or bacon either... Only loaded omlets 🤮. I did not taste the biscuits and sausage gravy, but the cinnamon rolls were delicious!

The staff were all very nice and accomadating. Beds and pillows were Sooo comfortable. Rooms were nice and very clean/well stocked.

The room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was very good. The only issue i had was that the pool was over crowded and we couldn't swim when we wanted to.

A number of items were broken and/or non-functional. First, when we came into the room, it was completely dark because the light at the door was burned out. Later, we noticed that the refrigerator was warm inside. We discovered that the rubber seal on the door was coming off, and the door did not close completely. Once we pushed it shut as much as we could, it did start to cool. Third, when I tried to call downstairs for extra towels, I found out the telephone did not work. It had numbers missing and no dial tone. Fourth, the numbers did not completely light up on the clock. Fifth, the door had to be slammed shut several times before it would lock.

It was very clean, and the front desk staff was helpful and professional.
