We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The key card was extremely difficult to use every time entering the rear exit door and also entry into the room.. The entire north stairwell on Sunday night smelled of a strong odor of marijuana..
The entire staff was friendly and attentative . Hotel was quiet and safe. I would stay at this hotel again..

United States of AmericaTried calling multiples times to only get a VM that was full. Never got through to desk at location. At night only around 12:30 front doors where locked. Signage asking you to ring bell which I did. Only to wait for 10 to 12 minutes when a night person said he saw me on camera. He explained that bell was not working. Bath tub was peeling and hot tub not working. Little things matter.

United States of AmericaThe room was nice but there were a few little things like the exterior and a few things that could improve or upgrade. There was a crack in the wall. the knob was hard to press down to flush the toilet, the shower had two heads but definitely couldn't figure out how to turn on the second one or to change the pressure of the showerhead. and the heads were loose at the top so the water was coming out and shouldn't be. The tv was small. how the jets in the jacuzzi was positioned. Would be nice where you lay your back against having those jets there. the point of the jets is the pressure is supposed to feel similar to a massage. but they do not.. But those things didn't interfere with my purpose of staying but would be a huge improvement.
I was looking forward to doing the breakfast, but I get shy and have anxiety in public places. So I didn't go. I enjoyed my stay and the lady at the desk was very kind. I enjoyed that I was able to easily check-in and out. Even though I wish I didn't have to sign papers when arriving. Would be nice if that's something more advance like to be done online or through email so when walking in with your bags, you don't have to lay them on the floor. Sometimes you just wanna get your keys and go straight to your room esp. during this pandemic. I decided to stay here because I wanted a night out of the house. Kids were at the babysitter's, had no chores to do around the house, and just wanted an evening of peace. That I did receive.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is in need of a major remodel. Our room was not cleaned properly. There were spiders and webs in the bathroom and it smelled like marijuana in there. There was only one towel and washcloth. Thank goodness we had our own. There was a line to checkout and come to find out the person was standing in front of hotel taking a smoke break while everyone waited 10 mins or so. The TV could be a little bigger as well.
The location was perfect. We were only 15-20 mins from Hall of Fame Stadium.

United States of AmericaNO ELEVATOR service was available at all! We had 1 elderly customer & my granddaughter was on crutches. A disaster to say the least. Keys would not open ANY entrances...had to use Front only. Toilet paper holder was dangling from wall. No hot water in shower on 1st day. Very Disappointing hotel experience. Front desk said elevators & doors had been down for awhile. If told ahead of time....I wouldn't have booked the room.

Breakfast was offered in a conference room down the hall, and was advertised as 0630-0930 daily. Got there at 0900 and very little left of omelets and scrambled eggs. Creamers nearly depleted. I understand this is a change for the staff too, but someone should insure that guests who are not there by earlier in the morning should still have a full choice.
Very welcoming and efficient staff. Newly renovated/updated rooms, clean.

Th pool was closed du to construction on the entire first floor. Huge bummer for us and actually would have been a deal breaker had I known!
