We stayed on the 2nd floor and could feel the un-evenness of the floor. The beds are not rotated on a regular basis. The bed had a huge dent in one side closest to the night stand. It had clearly never been rotated.

Breakfast was ok. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. enjoyed the water and fresh baked cookies.

Room 203 has a sagging mattress that made it hard to rest. The floor is unlevel and when you walk it creaks as well as when the guest walks in the room above. So, I heard a creaking floor all night. I think the desk agent should stand up from the sitting position and acknowledge a guest upon arrival.

The floor above creeks with every step. The door handle on the room was not quite working properly but was manageable. Room 126 (closest to the pool)

Breakfast was great 👍😋 Sausage, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, fruit cups, yogurt, juice, good coffee, tea, hashbrowns, pancakes, milk (chocolate), oatmeal, toast, cinnamon rolls, multipletypesof cerealbars..... complimentary water and a cookie 🍪 😋 😍 Indoor pool and hot tub facility was a nice way to end the day. Beds and bedding are cozy and comfortable and clean! As well as the bathrooms. We loved the indirect lighting. Convenient having fridge & microwave in the room.

The shower needs corner guards to keep the water in. I was in a suite and it did not feel like a suite. It should have been bigger.

The Queen bed in handicap room IS WAY TOO HIGH to get in and out of.

Disappointed with no counter space at all in room 212, drug the stand alone table from other room to put standard toiletries on. The bathroom seemed to be set up for handicap person not sure if that is how all the bathrooms are now at your hotels but did not request that. Lack of freezer in fridge for all the frozen implements i brought to keep our items cold from checkout time thru a 9 inning game then 6 hr drive home. So yes i used ice from 3rd floor as our floor was out and this was at 10am on Sunday before checkout. i just prefer things that i brought like fruit and cheesesticks not to be in melted ice.

Location to Lyon College as we are from Illinois and our sons school from Joliet, IL was playing 4 games at the school.

Upon arrival, learned I did not get the type of room I reserved. Found out when I entered the room! Staff didn't mention it until I went to find out why. Told me I could pull out the sofa sleeper and make an extra bed. :( Tiny parking lot.

Our tub was clogged when we 1st arrived but we notified the front desk and it was taken care of the next day.

Loud traffic on near highway. A lot of loud exhaust pipes could be heard.

We were next to a staircase and the loud door slammed, often waking us up. Probably a rare occasion, as there was a baseball team staying above us.

Water was shut off with no advanced warning so if I had been in the shower, it would have been impossible to get ready on time to get to the wedding. Needed to let I Us know it was being cut off.

The location was great for the wedding I was attending.
