Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Getting to the hotel was difficult because of all the construction and the main entrance was closed off at some point because of this.
LOVED the breakfast; it’s one of the main reasons I booked. Everyone was sweet and the hotel itself was charming.

I booked 2 rooms and put my name on one and the other person’s name for the 2nd room, but they would only accept my credit card for both rooms. They also wouldn’t let the other person check in before I arrived even though their name was listed. Also, the carpets are getting kind of smelly and might need to be replaced.
Easy to find with good parking spaces. The breakfast was very good with plenty of selection and a very clean area.

Got locked out of the breakfast room when I went out to the patio section☹️ Door marked patio and there were tables and chairs set up, was dismayed to find myself locked out and unable to get back into the room. I ended up going through the pool area to get back in, luckily the pool room door was slightly ajar.
Super comfy beds, nice to have fridge and microwave in room, great breakfast options, helpful friendly staff. Felt safe and secure here. A quick 15-20 minute drive to airport.

Excellent stay , met all our expectations. It was just for an overnight stay while we were passing through town. Front desk was extremely friendly and gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant ! Definitely stay again when we are passing through.

Pool and hot tub need better maintained. Our room never received a turn down service despite a tag on our door asking for one for 2 days and asking at the front desk.

Nothing really other then then the location was a little far out of town. And late at night you had to go aways from the hotel 🏨 to find food.

The young cleaning lady with the dyed hair and piercings would not respond after I tried ti get her attention for over an hour. She had earphones in and was cleaning the room next to us. I needed clean towels , so I just gave up. I had to take my dirty towels and go down ti the front desk and ask for clean towels. That was annoying!
The food was great!! The staff was friendly for the most part. Beds were comfortable.

A tall skinny middle age man with hat on hanging around the property bumming cigarettes from us in the front parking lot. Saw him again at homeless camp out back on road, we could see out our back facing 1st FL window that wouldn't open.

not much, staff behind front desk don’t have uniform it’s all very casual not an issue though
Pool was fun for the kids but the jets in the spa haven’t worked for a few months as I can see from the reviews and they still don’t work. breakfast was ok, close to a few restaurants and shops which was handy

Difficult to exit North without driving through homeless camp located behind the building. Felt unsafe.

There are discrepancies between published and actual times with pool and breakfast. I'm the room flyer, the pool claims to be opened at 5 am but doesn't actually open until 8. Breakfast on weekends is supposed to be open until 10:30 but on Saturday they closed it at 9:30.
Decent place for a good price . Breakfast was all right.
