We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe shower stall was tiny. There was no bar soap, only bottled, and that was fastened to the wall as if we were criminals and might walk off with it. When I asked for additional pillows I had to go to the front desk to get them, they wouldn't bring them to me. There were no booklets on what to do in town and no restaurant recommendations.
The coffee was barely adequate. There was no half and half, only fake creamer. I had to take a carton of 2 percent milk intended for cereal.

United Kingdomthe room got quite hot at night and the lifts were quite far away from the reception which was tricky for us with all our suitcases. we also waited awhile to check out so had to leave a note in the end.
easy check in process and bed was comfy. free parking was helpful and it was close to a few places for food.

United States of AmericaLocation was somewhat iffy on one side. Door into the hallway/elevator was dirty. Hallways had an unpleasant odor. Fire detector in room was hanging and not operating. Cable box and TV were not working in the room. Had to move rooms. We are IHG members and had Military, Aarp, AAA as well. I had articulated that when I booked online..was told by check-in desk clerk she saw that noted but could not use or make any changes to the reservation due to company policy. First time I had booked online because that seems the way you are supposed to do it these days, had no idea about that policy.
The desk clerk Donna, did a great job considering she was the only one on duty and had to deal with multiple issues!!! No room service, no maintenance just one person on Check-in duty trying to do it all!

She then told me that the room I get is the room you get. We have stayed here before and the lady who helped us before was super friendly unlike this lady. She said she was new. She needs customer service training. Not sure we will be back.
