Booking.com claimed the room I booked had a spa bath in the room that hotel has no rooms with a spa bath. I was extremely upset because that is why I booked the room. So maybe the site should check with the hotels before assuming they have such rooms.

Maybe looking out the window and seeing a construction equipment storage yard. Our stay happened to be while they were renewing the pool area. During the night I got up to walk to the vending area and the coke machine was sold out

The jacuzzi tub was a nice relax after a long day. We just decided to get away for one night. The hotel is close to interstate and good restaurants. But quiet and secluded

Obviously very short staffed. Common areas floors were filthy, room didn’t appear to have been cleaned beyond beds made. No TP in bathroom, had to go ask for some and front desk people were frazzled and grumpy.

Comfortable beds, nice standard room. Breakfast was really good for hotel fare.

When we first checked in, the gentleman was kind of short and kept disappearing, leaving a person who was training by himself while he had a conversation with a friend in the breakfast area. Would have been nice to have full focus.

The breakfast staff Dominique and Betty were so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to fix the pancake machine so my Lil guy could have his pancakes. The front desk lady was super helpful with printing out a document for me as well.

The room was worn and shabby, the bed and pillows were past their life and not all the lights in the room were working. I really hated searching through a pitch black hotel room for a working light. For over $465 a night, I expect clean, comfortable and with working lights. Hands down this was both the worst and most costly Holiday Inn I’ve stayed in. I didn’t stay for breakfast or coffee so I have no input there.

The location was conveniently accessible from the highway exit, the hotel was quiet, and the staff was pleasant.

The only complaint I had is the coffee could be a bit stronger in the morning. Everything else was fantastic.

I loved how clean it was, how kind and amazing the staff was. The breakfast was great. The shower/bath water got very hot. The pool and hot tub were extremely relaxing. I want to double acknowledge the staff for being so kind and helpful.

My sink in the bathroom was clogged, and the toilet wasn't bolted to the floor properly and had tank refill issues. The mattress felt very stiff and wasn't very comfortable. There were paint chips all over the floor of the corners, and some of the rugs in the hallway were bunching up here and there.

The complimentary breakfast was decent.

We got to breakfast about 8:30. There was no cereal choices. No waffles. There was hot sausage, scrambled eggs (old and dry) and gravy. No biscuits for the gravy. No milk. Only juice and coffee. They brought out eggs about half hour later, so many people were waiting they were instantly gone. Only fruit was apples. It was really disappointing.

Breakfast was absolutely terrible. Room was nice. Shower was nice. Location was nice.

The smell upon entering made me sick. It was a moldy smell, and I have allergies. The checkin was not a good experience, not very good customer service at all. We only received one key for the room. We went up to our room, and the same smell was in there too. The bed was made, but the room wasn't clean. Floor wasn't swept. Drains were nasty. Dust on tables. So we went down to the desk and told them we cannot stay here. The smell was too muchwe were both nauseous and I got a headache from it. All together a bad experience. Also, I might add that the Pool was down for repairs too! They wouldn't refund because we booked with booking. And wouldn't give us a receipt! An awful hotel experience!
