Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Next to the train track so heard the train every half hour. The lobby and first floor not being on the same level was weird.
The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Appreciated the staff accommodating our request for first floor room.

I was so disappointed that a train track was right by the hotel, and my room was facing the train track, and the overpass 😒
The staff was so amazing and friendly everyone who worked there from the front desk to the guy who works the breakfast area...

Access was a little tricky with road construction on Old Hickory. Once that was mastered, hotel was OK to access. Number of parking spaces was a little limited, though.
Very well maintained property. Good location. Good breakfast. Guest rooms were a good size. TV/channel choice was very good. Shopping/ restaurants nearby (walking distance) Definitely would stay there again.

We traveled in for a very popular event so had to pay a very high rate for the room. Supply and demand...

The hotel is right alongside a train track, and the train was quite loud. It would go by many times a day and wake us up in the night. The hot water was not hot in our room even after "fixing" it.
Coffee and breakfast was great! Staff was super friendly! Beds were very comfortable, and it was nice to have a mini fridge and large counter space in bathroom.

I was told that my problem was BOOKING.COM's fault. I complained because the description on Booking.com's website said my room was supposed to have 2 queens and a sofa bed. It did NOT. Hotel blames the web site, and said they didn't have that type room available for me to switch to. I felt "gypped" because I PAID for a 2 queen + sofa bed room, and didn't get it. IMO, I don't care who's fault it is. It's not a good look blaming another company for it. Also, the breakfast was just OK, nothing outstanding. Had the same hot food 2 days in a row-- egg/cheese omlette, turkey, or pork sausage patties, biscuits. I'm always leery when hotels do this because you feel like you could be eating leftovers from the day before.
The bed and pillows were comfortable. Lots of TV channels to pick from. Location was good. They have to go bags for people who don't have time to sit and eat breakfast.

We booked a room with beds and a sofa bed but didn’t get one. The breakfast was so-so.
The rooms looked recently updated and clean. Builtin bench and hooks were surprisingly convenient for storing items. Usually there’s no good place in hotels to store lose items like bags and jackets - very convenient!

Our door would not shut from the inside- rm308, and we heard others trying to shut theirs by repeatedly slamming them at all hours. We were moved to a room with a door that worked rm 318 but the shower only went to Luke warm.
