Previous guests had left used towels in closet. I informed the front desk and he said sorry but no action was taken to remove them from the closet during our stay.

Some updates weren't completed in my room, the dirty laundry basket stayed in the hallway day and night, loud fridge in my room, and my room didn't get cleaned in 4 days I stayed, but I made the best of it.

Night staff were really nice and friendly, good location, mostly quiet guests, coffee in the lobby pretty much any time (and in the rooms), Dove products in the room to use, and room darkening curtains were excellent!

If I complained about anything it would be that a baseball team was staying there and the parents were getting drunk in the lobby while there kids were running around.

Somehow or other the room availability between Booking.com and Holiday Inn was out of sync and so when we got there the double queen room that we had booked was not available and so we were given a room with a hide a bed in a couch. When the desk clerk brought up the additional bedding for the hide a bed he only brought a quilt and no sheets or pillows! No additional bedding was ever provided but we were able to make it work anyway by using a blanket we had in our car and simply dividing up the pillows from the bed. The phone to our room rang several times throughout the evening but no one was ever on the line. The bed was extremely tall and as a 5'4 person I could not easily get in or out of it. The electronic clock in the bedroom was completely out of sync and there was no way to easily reset it since the buttons on the bottom said that it was for hotel use only (we just turned it around so that we wouldn't see the incorrect time all night long). There was a fair amount of noise from the expressway but within the hotel itself noise from other guests was minimal.

The hotel was neat and clean. Staff was very friendly and able to accommodate an error between Booking.com and the Holiday Inn software which resulted in the queen double rooms being overbooked. (They corrected it by upgrading us to a king suite with a hide-a-bed couch) The sleeping area and bathroom were clean and in very nice shape. Full size containers of shampoo, body wash and lotion were all provided within the shower. The breakfast options were good with lots of variety! They even had a cool machine that would make pancakes for you while you waited!

Our room faced US-23 so the sounds of the traffic was a little difficult to fall asleep too. Also, it would of been nice if the house keeping changed our trash more often.

Clean rooms and facility. Also very friendly professional staff. It has a nice indoor pool and washer and dryers on site.

staff was a bit rude. Whomever the girl was working at the front desk around 6pm on 11/30 was a bit rude. I made a comment about the roundabouts being a pain and she straight faced tells me that I probably just don’t know how to use them. I was a bit taken back. She then tells me she’s never heard anyone complain about them. all in a snotty tone. later in the evening my fiancé and I decided to go down to the lobby to get a bottled water for her. nobody was at the front desk. we waited and waited. I finally decided to call the hotel to see if anyone was around. nobody came to the front desk then either. after about 15 or so minutes a guy whom looked like he had just woken up from a nap came up to the desk and checked us out finally. huge difference in the staff from the first time we stayed.

We had to move the first night because the handicap shower flooded the place no matter what we did. There was no ice and we went to numorous floors. I can't understand why there was no ice! Even when we checked out there was no ice. By the way they knew about the problem with the shower. It was a pain to clean up the water and my wife is small and has dementia and I was very concerned about her fallling and breaking something. The front desk folks were always wonderful and professional.

I went down twice every day for breakfast and they were out of everything that I could eat because I am diabetic. Eggs, bacon, sausage, (I hate turkey sausage and they always had that). Someone should tell the attendant the occupancy so they can keep up with the food. I wanted to take a cinn. roll to my wife and they were always gone.
