We stayed twice at your hotel during this trip. First, we flew into Buffalo Airport and had reserved your hotel in advance. Then on our return to Buffalo at the end of our trip, we stayed again at your hotel. The breakfast the first time we stayed was excellent! There was a woman who was in charge and she was on top of everything! All the breakfast items were in stock and she kept everything very clean. Then, when we stayed at the end of our trip, a man was in charge of the breakfast area. It was pitiful. There was hardly anything available to eat and he seemed to care less.

Ice machine did not work on 4th floor. Coffee pot in room did not work. Met house keeping and she checked against another room, it too didn't work. Got one from another room and it did work.

The attraction to this hotel was the shuttle however, the shuttle was down and had to rent a rent car. Like the breakfast option, little choices but was OK.

While I was there 5 days no one ever came into my room to empty trash, change linen or towels. I would see the cleaning service people when I was leaving in the morning everyday and when I returned my room had not been touched. I feel I shouldn't have to ask for fresh towels or to have my trash emptied. Other rooms around me were being taken care of and I never asked for mine to not be refreshed. That was my only complaint about my stay, everything else was really very good.

The staff at the front desk and in the dining area were very friendly and seemed to do their jobs very well.

The price was a little more than I wanted to spend on our particular weekend - maybe due to the eclipse - the bathroom shower rod seemed to look like it had almost been pulled away from thewall at one point so it was slanted at one end and the shower curtain kept sliding down letting the water get on the floor -which is extremely slippery when wet

Some of the furniture was well worn both in the room and in the common area with some of the seating showing a lot of wear. At the same time there was not any odor so it was just wear. There was no routine housekeeping, It is right across the street from the international Niagara Falls Airport so there was some airplane noise, although it did stop at night.

The breakfast was a basic hotel hot breakfast that I have had other places. I appreciated the Almond milk as I use that for my coffee. I would have appreciated it in the coffee area as it was not there, only in boxed form. staff were very friendly. We brought our two medium sized dogs and everyone was very understanding if they barked, one of them can be a bit nervous. The mattress was very comfortable. There is a pool and fairly well equipped fitness center that we looked at but did not use.
