Had issues with the toilet. The chain was too long so therefore when you flushed it overflowed. The door to get into the room, the card to get inti the room did not work. Had to keep entering the card in the slot or had to go downstairs and get it reactivated everyday.

Breakfast was the same every morning. There should be a different variety each day. CARELESS WITH PERSONAL INFORMATION! When I approached the front desk, I noticed a sheet of paper next to the computer; as I looked closer, I noticed it was my booking information, full name, phone number, and email address. I questioned the front desk personnel about the issue she said it was for the hotel's purposes; then I had to inform her that it was in plain sight for anyone to see, so she flipped the paper over. I told her to destroy the information because, in today's world, anyone could have seen my information and used it for identity theft. I don’t know how many people who may had the opportunity to view my personal information before I walked to the front desk to check out. I was VERY UPSET about that issue.

The next day after arriving at hotel, we were out doing some shopping for a few hours. We left about 9:50 am and returned about 2:00pm and our room had not been cleaned. We talked to the person at front desk and they explained about the amount of rooms that needed cleaning but they would be coming around soon. I then informed the person at front desk that we needed to get ready for a celebration in a few hours and needed to clean up. She asked if I would like to get towels at that time but I said we would need someone to empty the garbage also. She then asked if I would like her to call someone and I said yes. The person she called came to replenish supplies and empty the garbage with in about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. And we didn't have that problem the rest of our stay.

The room was equiped with a few ammenity's (microwave, fridge, and cabinets) that helped our 4 day stay. That allowed us to bring snacks to our room so that we didn't have to purchase a lot of restaurant food.

Room was really nice as was the whole hotel. Staff were all nice and very accommodating. Offered more towels and asked if the could help with anything everytime we saw one of them. Pool was great for the kids.

More options for the breakfast, and the towels to be thick and soft. Towels are thin and rough.

Location in Cedar Hill was an A+++++. Bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. I enjoyed a hot breakfast with healthy choices like yogurt and fruit. The dining room was spacious and clean.

We stayed in room 106 and no iron and the floor was dirty, I booked it on Booking.com I told me I was paying cash when I arrived so around 2 pm they took the money off my card ,and I had call the hotel and ask if I could pay cash they said yes but you would have to pay a $100 deposit, so charge my card after I ask to pay cash

Prices for items like drinks water and food are to high and no place to wash or dry clothes and staff leaves there post too much.
