We really enjoyed the decor. It seemed like it was recently updated. We like the location, it is close to where we need to go. I wish there was a convince store closer, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. The chemicals were too strong. The chlorine left a white powder substance on our swimming suits. Evening staff was very short. The only time they were pleasant was when they said the pool was closing in 5 minutes and we got out right away. The overnight and morning staff were very nice.

Interstate traffic noise made for a long night. Also people talking in adjoining room was quite loud. More soundproofing would have been welcomed.

The hotel had to replace the AC the first night. The toilet tank over flowed the last night.

The remodeling. It'll be super nice when done, but the parking lot was a mess and no security cameras working.

The phones didn't work (wanted to call the front desk). The spout on the shower was crooked such that the water only came out of the shower head. Bathtub didn't drain.

there was some construction, but we were not bothered by it.

they are currently remodeling and therefore there was some construction around the site and floors. They gave us a newly remodeled the room and it was very nice. The beds have a very nice sheets and we’re quite comfortable.

Dining area under construction and we were not told. Room door 221 didn't maglock so anyone could have entered our room. My husband tried to book a reservation with the front desk, and he said credit card machine wasn't working so gave him another number to call which was for rewards not reservations. He called back to the front desk again this transferred my husband to another number that disconnected him, so he made the reservation through booking.com. We were told we could get a discount because my husband was having surgery the next morning at Nebraska Spine but since he booked through third party, we got nothing.

Comfortable bed and breakfast were decent. Quiet with little disturbances.

We called during the night to extend our stay an additional night. We were told it was available and to stop the front desk in the morning . We slept late , I went to the desk at 9:45 am , our room had not been rented an additional night so we had to check out by 11am. It turned out fine , but leaving so quickly when we weren’t planning on it was inconvenient.

Breakfast every day was very good. We used the pool, hot tub, and the weight room during our stay. All of them were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Omaha.

The Hotel was short housekeepers. We were there only 2 days and had to get extra towels and dump our own trash. With 2 days left on our stay. I decided to not have our room cleaned until after we left. This is how it is with help. I understand there is plenty of places looking for help and can not get them.

The lady who is in charge of breakfast was a pleasure to meet. She was there most of the time we were there. Breakfast was Great. She asked if we needed anything and we were Great. Joshua, is a Great asset to your Hotel. We needed more towels and he was happy to accommodate. You need to give special recognition to both of these great employees you have. My room was not ready when we rolled in and they upgraded our room at no extra charge. It was beautiful.

Comforter had dried blood on it. Pool area had dead bugs all over the floor. Got bitten by something in the room but didn't see any bed bugs.
