The walls did not provide soundproofing. The TV from next door was easily heard. Our son’s room was on the top floor. He was kept awake by the mechanicals on the roof.

The toiletry items were available upon request which makes it a little bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was good.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of options were provided to satisfy customers needs. The location is not close to any nearby landmarks of Chicago, so you probably would stay here if you have something to do nearby.

need to have a person manning the front desk at all times -leaving a sign & being gone for greater than twenty minutes is unacceptable. Also I did not appreciate having double the deposit fee for damage taken out of my account with staff saying oh well you will get it back in one to four days.

The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable as you sank in the middle. For my three night stay the room was not cleaned until after check out. Q

Because we were making a last-minute reservation, I expected it would be a little cheaper -- not so. It was still $118. Also, we had last been in this hotel when it was much newer so, of course, we pictured it that way. It was disappointing that it looked old and dingy -- not dirty just drab. Oh also, at 3 am I realized my cell phone was dead so I tried to call the desk to ask for a wake up call. Room phone was not connected.

We thought we had a reservation and didn't so they gave us rooms at the last minute. The breakfast and the breakfast room were very good.

Shower gel was out in the shower. Outdated hotel rooms with Small t.v.’s. They also put our kids on first floor and us on third floor. when asked about it staff got an attitude and was completely dismissive. Definitely won’t recommend or stay here again.

Typical holiday inn comfort level which is great. Location was super nice. Breakfast place in parking lot and tons of shopping within ten minutes. Closest dispensary is about a mile away.

The parking lot was awful. I have a good sized truck and some of the potholes darn near swallowed it. The breakfast was very unpleasant. I was down there at 915 and no meat available, no biscuits for the gravy, and what was left was cold and nasty. I wish would have had a heads up about the pool being closed as well.

I liked how close it was to the shopping center and areas we needed to go to. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Management did not take care of the things he said he would. He lied and was very rude. They took $1200.00 plus dollars for a $300 stay. I would not recommend. The dog barked all night long very frustrating.

Our stay due to move. Our home not move in ready. Location to home and restaurants shopping Great. Staff very attentive and cut-out to us and other patrons. Will highly recommend. Also use for .y children when they come into town to visit. Nothing to dislike.

Great location and kind staff. But the parking lot has holes throughout, and he rooms were outdated. Upon arrival , my room wasn't ready, and then after I finally got into my room, I noticed the carpeted floor was squishy wet, I assumed from the air conditioner running. Now that whole side of the room was pretty much unusable.unless o put shoes on every time. The front desk did bring extra towels to put down on the floor while ensuring that there were no more available rooms I could switch to. Room had knats and smelled of mildew mold on shower ceiling. It's definitely not worth the price. Maybe $50-70/night, not $200. No comps thru 3rd party booking.They did say they were going to add 2000 points to a rewards card im not affiliated with. Hopefully, renovations are in their very near future.
