I think their needs to be a little more variety each day for breakfast. I wish there was a change of the options. Maybe bacon one day instead of different shapped sausage. We wanted to stay in the hotel one night and have a movie night but the tv wasnt a smart tv so we could not . It would have been great if it had the capability so we could sign in to netflix and watch what we wanted.

It was pretty good. Very accomodating. Great housekeeping staff/manager , great front desk staff. The breakfast team was sure to check the food levels each morning.

The mattress in my room was a bit saggy.

The breakfast had a good selection of breakfast foods and beverages. Also the breakfast area was clean and restocked frequently.

Breakfast was good, when there was food there. Unless you were up early at 6:00 am is the only time food was full and their was sitting places. There wasn't alot of room to sit to eat any other time.

The rooms were clean and big. Breakfast choices were good.

What i didnt like was the hotel staff. I felt they could of been more nice. I didnt like That the elevator broke down twice during my stay seeing how I have a toddler with a stroller . It wasn't fun having to carry a toddler in a stroller up to the third floor as well as down to the first floor.

I loved the cleanliness and the Location of the hotel.

I do not like bathrooms separate from vanity. I like to get dressed completely, make-up etc., without being in part of the main room

Shower water pressure was a but low and the head was not very adjustable.

The staff didn’t try to make my situation better ,

I paid for two queen room , I received a king room o e bed . I went to speak to the staff and he showed me a screen that I was coded and said it has that I’m booked for a king , I asked if there was a double room available and he kept saying that I’m booked for a king not helpful

The breakfast was very good, but could have had more variety from day to day. We were there for four breakfasts and the main options were always the same. I was fine with the breakfast but had some family members who would have liked more variety.

The cleanliness in the rooms and the common areas is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were staying for 2 weeks and unfortunately the guest laundry was out of action the whole time. We luckily were able to get laundry done at our son's apartment.

Stayed here as in walking distance from our son and daughter-in-law who live in downtown Libertyville as we didn't want to hire a car. Also great for walking to Independence grove forest preserve. Room clean, pleased to have a fridge and a large comfy bed. Good shower . The breakfasts we're really good with lovely staff. Very popular with families celebrating navy graduations but usually only at weekends and even then it was quiet.

Facility is a little hard to see from the road. Almost drove past it a couple of times after going out and around Libertyville (my wife's hometown). We have been in town several times through the years, but I seemed to stay confused with this facilities entrance/exit.

Good variety of items in the breakfast offerings... a little something for everyone. Eggs, sausage, bagels/toast, cereals, cinnamon rolls, fruit, etc.

Staff was amazing especially Margaret who was at the front desk, the cleaning lady's where really friendly I actually liked the appointment times for the pool, I got the whole pool to myself it was very relaxing I also must say that having coffee downstairs available all the time was an amazing perk, thank you for that Breakfast was good and breakfast lady was very friendly Location was great for the Navy PIR Overall it was a great experience

The sink faucet was tricky. It only clicked up once so no way of turning it on low. The shower head was terrible. Definitely was hard to rinse the soap out of my hair.

The staff was helpful kind and courteous. The breakfast was the best I have ever had from a hotel. The cleanliness was excellent. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
