Shouldn't have to pay for parking. A sliding cabinet in the bathroom was loose and fell on my dads foot. Someone could get hurt from that

some employees we’re rude, breakfast hot plates weren’t actually keeping the food hot & the coffee wasn’t good.

Breakfast could have been little longer. They close at 9:30 AM even on Friday Morning.

The staff are pretty nice and welcoming even at 11:30 PM.

There was an issue with the restaurant; Maybe out of their control, but it wasn't opened for most of brunch on Sunday...

I had an issue with my cable/wifi upon arrival; but they fixed it pretty quickly!

The breakfast buffet wasn't well stocked and the lines were long for the pancake-waffle makers. BUT. That could easily be just a timing issue, and it might be hard to keep up. Trust me, I've worked with the public and their expectations.

The room was huge and well furnished, far more than I actually needed. The bed was comfortable, pillows soft, and side chair with pillows good for reading. Also, the location was great for my weekend concert (Shreya Ghoshal) and eating plans.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms clean and quiet. The pool was nice. They have multiple areas that you can sit at both inside and out. Easily accessible via the free shuttle to and from the airport. This is my 2nd stay in a month and will definitely book again.

You need to call for the airport shuttle... and that's ok. But I had to call 3 times before the shuttle came 40 min later. They could have just said that 'take a taxi'!

It's an ok hotel if you need to stay near the airport for a night and don't what to go anywhere. The location is remote, but they have a good restaurant.

The only thing we experienced that was mildly negative was that the employee checking us in could’ve been friendlier, however he did not offend us in any way.

Booked through a third party site without a problem. Extra amenities (extended parking, two way airport shuttle) were easy to add and met expectations. Note that you must call the hotel for a pickup shuttle at door #2. Prompt and efficient service all around. Highly likely to stay here again with the convenience of staying so close to O’hare.

I didn't like that the sheets wasn't clean and a spot of blood was on the sheets and some mystery like a boogie or something but we came in at 11pm went back out came back to sleep at 2 we just sat up and slept on the couch

the only thing I have to complain about is that the doors are very loud opening and closing. I don't know if it was just on the floor I was staying on.

staff was very accommodating . I had booked a king size suite for 3 nights. when I arrived it was after 5 in the afternoon and the room wasn't ready. After waiting for 1/2 hr the front desk upgraded me to a king Penthouse. very surprised and appreciative of the upgrade and it made my 3 night stay much better.
