The staff need better training on what to say at checkin? We didn’t know about the wristband policy for the pool until we tried to swim and saw a poster. We also were not told that you have to ask for any kind of housekeeping. I don’t mind asking for housekeeping but I didn’t know to ask. Also one of the two elevators was broken for our whole trip.

The pool is amazing and very clean. The breakfast area was well thought out and well Maintained.

Great location. Terrific staff. Nice breakfast. Nice fitness room. We stay here a couple of times every year and continue to choose it over other nearby competitors. The price is typically a little higher and it is worth every penny.

I can't think of anything that was a dislike. The only thing I would suggest for the location is to get one or two more luggage carts.

The lady behind the counter was very accommodating. Helping us with short notice for a ground floor room for our special needs son. She also had leftover Easter eggs with toys in them for my son, which made his night because we were only there for one night, not bringing in everything from the car. The handicap parking is one of the best I've ever seen at a hotel with great spacing, no curb (my kid has a hard time with steps when he's not in his chair). The breakfast selection is one of the best I've seen in the nation with a great selection and well stocked. There is little to no noise from the hallway, and we were next to the elevators on the first floor, so that should say something.

That housekeeping didn’t come once, our whole stay, we had to go to the lobby to get towels and washcloths the second night and our trash was piled by the door l, when we got back from our first day out.

I loved how much space we had in the room and how clean it was.

Our room was poorly designed. For example, there was no place to plug in a hairdryer and dry my hair without standing or to put on make up without standing in order to be near a mirror. The placement of the grab bar and soap dispensers in the tub were inconvenient.

There were pieces of tape stuck on the wall in four spots. It was odd that they hadn't been noticed by the staff and were still there. If was the only thing negative about the room.

The size of the room and the high ceiling was unexpected but very nice. The shower was good with good water pressure and the mirror never fogged up even with the steam in the room. The breakfast options were standard but all good. I liked the phone call from the front desk after I got settled asking if there was anything I needed and if the room was to my liking. Everything felt clean and very well maintained. I didn't use the pool or exercise room but they were both good sized. The variety of restaurants nearby was nice as well.

We were not informed that when we stayed at this hotel, that their policy is to steal double the amount of money needed to pay for the room and hold the additional $700.00 for 5 more days after we stayed there. Our bill was paid off on the day we left the hotel and I am still waiting for my $701.00 to be released. I will never stay here again. The policy should be changed , Today is day 5 and my funds still have not been released, I am surprised anyone stays there. If they aren't released by the end of the day (9-28-23) I will be calling headquarters and demanding my money. Also, I was told they don't pay for overdraft fees that they caused.

The space in the room was exceptional. We enjoyed the refrigerator and the dining table for quick meals. The pool was exceptional and the breakfast was nice.

Couldn’t swim in pool past 11am check out time, the front desk attendant & janitor came in the pool area to tell us to leave. The flushing of toilets were pretty noticeable throughout the day & night.

Good location, rooms were nice, breakfast was tasty, with many options to choose from, pool was nice & big, fitness room was spacious, and everything was easy to find.
