You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The whole building needs an up grade. There was a smell in the room that was musty or just weird!!!
The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok!

The hotel is very nice, but it was hard to enjoy ourselves when hundreds of people attending some kind of zoological event were all over the place. Went out for something to eat and there were no parking spaces available for us. We had to ride around until the event ended (approx. 9pm) I know it is also a conference center, but here should be a dedicated parking area for hotel guests only. The hotel staff was tremendous and understood our frustration.
Location and cleanliness were top notch. enjoyed our breakfast the following morning. Hotel staff were among the best I've encountered.

Washer machine and dryer, really need to upgrade. the smell in hallways and rooms, need to get more fresh air which wasn't good as we can smell the cleaning product and no freash air

The price was higher than expected and higher than I thought it should be.

The breakfast selection was good, however, there were kids who were sneezing and touching the food and utensils. I think parents should be more responsible in a buffet setting and monitor their children. We ended up leaving because we were freaked out about the germs. The room was dated and not the typical Holiday Inn Express and Suites we are used to.
The location was good. The staff was very kind and helpful. Also. there was an older woman working in the breakfast area and she was so sweet and helpful. A definite asset to your company. The room appeared clean.

There were no bathroom amenities. There were 4 of us staying in the room, and we were given 3 bath towels. The pool towels were quite minimal. The front desk stay were great

The first time I stayed there I was on the 3rd floor. The bathroom was clean and looked brandnew. The second time I stayed there I was on the 2nd floor. The temperature on the 2nd floor was hot and muggy. My room was warm. The grout in the bathroom was chipped and brown in some spots.

Could smell cigarette smoke in our bathroom sometimes when the fan wasn't running. It is a 100% smoke free hotel they said. We believe someone below us was smoking in their bathroom and the smell was coming through the vent if it wasn't on.
Location was convenient to Melbourne, Titusville and Cocoa Beach. Room was large enough for 2 people with a king bed, desk, and an occasional chair. Also had 2 night stands, large dresser with T.V., small mini fridge with freezer and a Keurig coffee maker. Air-conditioning worked well. Was also near a Sam's Club and a McDonald's. A grab and go breakfast was provided each morning. This included basic cheese omelets, sausage, gravy and biscuits the morning we ate. Other items such as cereal, fruit, and pastries were provided as well for breakfast.

I was leaving at 6am. The hotel parking lot was empty, yet the lady at the front desk made a family sleep on a couch in the lobby. They had babies and it was so wrong. I felt so bad for them. You should not treat people like that especially paying guests.

I was in the hotel business for 17 years in Orlando and fist impression is key. I feel the front desk staff could have been friendlier. The stone-face look is not welcoming after a long drive. Other than that my stay was enjoyable.
The breakfast was good and the ladies serving the breakfast were exceptionally friendly.
