Booked a King bed through booking.com, but upon arrival was placed in a room with 2 queens and told they were sold out of Kings. Also, water faucet in shower would completely switch to the shower head and made it hard to get a shower that wasn’t too hot.

Thankfully this wasn't a huge issue, but it could be depending on who is around you: the door and walls are definitely super thin (large gap between floor and door). If you had loud neighbors this could definitely be a problem.

Enjoyed my stay here. Staff was super friendly. Room was comfortable and has a lot of conveniences that I look for in hotels - a place to put your bag that's not on the ground, lots of hooks to hang stuff, etc. High quality iron and ironing board, important when traveling for work. I'd definitely stay again.

The quality of breakfast was satisfactory, but would have been more enjoyable if served with real crockery and cutlery rather than paper and plastic.

Central location for activities in and around Corona. We had a large room and bathroom with plenty of space. The reception staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Not very clean. You can tell they don’t move the gym equipment and vacuum underneath. Pool had a lot of dirt and leaves. Most of all, your feet will turn black as you walk around in your room. Also, we had called the front desk to see if we could get a new comforter since our newborn had an accident on it, and it took them over an hour to call us back just to tell us they “can’t access the housekeeping area”. I’ve worked in a Holiday Inn before and all staff should have a key to these areas exactly for reasons like this.

When I booked this room through booking.com it did list a few amenities that our actual room didn’t have. The main ones that stuck out were “city view” and “balcony”. Our room didn’t have either. Not a huge deal to my boyfriend and I but I think the description should still match what you receive when you actually check in especially if it’s reflected in the price. Another thing was our final price was almost $100 more than what I was given when I booked the hotel and I wasn’t warned about it by the front desk employee. They may have tacked on extra fees when we physically checked in but I was still not aware of it until I was checked out and gone from the hotel. Just sucks that the booking didn’t match the final price.

Great room size! Perfect for our one night stay! We were attending a concert at SilverLakes so it was a great location and distance from the venue! Really nice room. Very clean! Would recommend to friends and would stay here again!

The smell of cleaning fluid in the room was pretty strong. The food was just "ok" in the morning.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Room stayed nice and cool with the AC. Friendly front desk staff.

No maid service. Room was not made up upon our return from being gone all day. One would think with the cost of the room being more than 250.00 a night that it would be.
