Seems like the walls were thin because it was rather loud; people next door and in the hall were making noise in the early morning hours.

Unsecured WiFi, I couldn’t even connect my mobile to their network throughout my stay. They provide an access code which is not needed as the WiFi is free to everyone. Please secure your network, it’s very possible and easy

Decent shower, could improve water pressure. Corridor looked clean and clear, however put off by strong smell of smoke and some other odours. Suggest regular Febreze or similar treatment. Hot tub was actually more warm than hot!

Great location, by 635. Bright airy 24 hr reception with friendly & welcoming staff. Simple breakfast included, you get decent options and helpful staff attending. Loved complimentary 24 hour coffee bar in foyer. Really comfy king sized room, excellent air conditioning was easy to use. Pleasantly surprised by in room kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Glad for the hot tub!

The only thing I didn't realize when I booked this hotel was how far away from shops it was. Easy enough to book ubers however.

I really liked this hotel. So comfortable and I didn't want to leave! Room was large and spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and I liked how room service didn't bother me in the mornings. Some hotels room service try to come in even when the do not disturb sign is out. I had a peaceful stay here.

Very comfortable bed ; great coffee. We also used the washing and drying machines and appreciated that they had them available for guests to use. $4 for the entire cleaning was pretty good.

The hot tub did not get hot, was a lukewarm. No water pressure on the 4th floor.

The only issue we had was that the TV service was sporadic. It got a little better after it stopped raining, but thankfully, we spent most of our time exploring the city.

Very convenient location, as it was right off of Interstate 635. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, as we didn't have to go out for breakfast during our stay.

There was only a tv bracket and no tv in living area. The elevator was not working the 3 days we were there so we had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs

The only thing I can mention was the elevator that was out of service during the stay. Luckily I was placed on the second floor. For some reason there is only one elevator shaft to service the entire hotel with about 76 rooms and 4 stories. I am not sure how efficient it is.

Unfortunately I did not have a chance to get to the breakfast table on time. The room I was given was very cleaned and spacious. You have a small leaving room with a TV and the bedroom has another TV. The room was awesome.

The Hotel had been struck by lightning so the Elevator was not working. And because of that one of my TV'S did not work. Another than that the place and staff was great

Only problem was that the elevator was out luckily we were only on the 4th floor and needed the exercise anyway! Lol

It was nice, great staff that handled a little mix up fast and accurately and accommodated us wonderfully! Clean, nice location, easy to find, nice restaurants close by, close to freeway, great room, yummy hot breakfast with various choices, soft comfy bed!

Nothing really the elevators wasn’t working due to issues with previous weather I had to walk up stairs because I was on the third floor but they were very apologetic for the inconvenience

It did not seem like the best area, was a little afraid to leave my car in the parking lot. There was an abandoned building right next door which seemed to attract not a great crowd.

Everything was clean in the room and the staff was nice. The location was close to things, breakfast was very good.

Elevator was out of service, no heater in shower, no extractor in shower, thin walls that gives a little noise from neighbours and street but not so bad you can't sleep. Location is a little dodgy.

Staff is very friendly and especially the breakfast lady is so sweet to her guest. Proud to serve guest and you can tell. The hotel seems to be new. Good breakfast. Crispy clean bed sheets. Comfy mattress.
