Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was nice, but the beds definitely were very comfortable. It will also be nicer once the renovations are complete.
All of the staff members that we talked to or needed something from were extremely nice!

The drink machine nozzle did not appear to have been cleaned, but yet only stayed for one night so I do not know if they clean it after we left.
The location was perfect for us, as we wanted just a short trip into Dallas before going to Fort Stockton. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was as expected. The staff was friendly and kept the breakfast stocked nicely.

Room was very clean but smelled like smoke. Wished the lighting was a little softer and pull out sofa mattress was very thin and uncomfortable.
Size of room was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was very good. We had plenty of towels and bedding and good soap products. They also had very good breakfast selection.

Wasn't anything major, just some cosmetic issues, floor tiles in bathroom, tub stopper, minor repair.

My only complaint is that the hot tub was lukewarm at best & the couch in room 326 was a little dirty.
I liked that the property was clean & well put together.

They’re renovating and there’s alot of stuff all over the place. Found a small cockroach in restroom. Breakfast wasn’t good, not enough selection.

The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The hot tub was out of commission due to a remodel which I was sad about cause I was looking forward to some relaxing downtime. I look forward to see the remodel on our next visit to Dallas cause we’ll definitely be staying at this hotel again for all our Dallas visits.

The pool area , needs some kind of water heating devise also the area needs heat in the room ,not much but atleast keep the pool area at 75° room temperature durning the cold days only so the guests will be able to enjoy the pool and during the summer pool room cool at 73° pool water cold then , it will bring more business and keep alot more business , having your rooms running out , filled up ....!!!
The breakfast was good and area was good ; can't wait to see what the area you all is remodeling looks like when finished ,when I come back there . Also add grits to the menu : regular and cheese

I prefer to have a room with a bathtub.
I feel very safe and welcome at this hotel. I appreciate that they clean the room and make up the bed every day. The breakfast is ready at 6AM, very tasty, and served with crunchy bacon. The cook does a great job and watches over the guests to assure satisfaction.

Staff was never at the desk, which was aggravating. I did NOT receive my bill. And I was over-charged by almost $50.00. I have called IHG to resolve it, but they requested 48 hours to get back to me..
The room was clean and comfortable. When we spoke with staff, they were polite.
