You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The lady that checked all of our family in was wonderful. Several of us stayed here when we came to town for a funeral. She was wonderful, elderly lady who went above and beyond with hospitality.

United States of AmericaWAY overpriced! One of our two rooms had some sort of leak under the carpet so a huge area outside the bathroom was squishy wet. The poorly caulked area in the bathroom probably was probably related. Bad breakfast too.

The front desk and the maids were very nice, friendly and pleasant. My room was very clean which I appreciated!

United States of AmericaI liked the pillows but my husband would prefer a firmer kind. Needed the nightlight we brought. Couldn't move the clock. No explanation that our room straddled 2 time zones! That was weird! No place to plug in the car.
Bed and chair were comfortable. I wasn't afraid to walk without shoes on. Shower looked inviting. Nice to have fridge, micro, good sized tv.

Overall, our stay was great. The room and all areas of the hotel were clean and the staff were welcoming. Breakfast was ok, standard continental fare. There is an imdoor pool, but we didnt use it. The only downside was the bed was very firm, which wasn't comfortable to us, but some may like a firm mattress.
