Breakfast was lacking for selections and quality was disappointing

We booked through Bookings.com and they are thieves. Fools that we are we paid $318.58 per night as we thought that was the ony price, when in fact we got to the hotel and inquired what would have happened had we booked direct, the hotel said their charge is $129 plus tax etc....per night! How can Bookings.com possibly charge almost three times the actual cost of the room? When I called Bookings.com to complain, a woman named Johanna who claimed to be a Manger, said it was becasue of taxes commissions and other charges that vary. I feel Bookings.com owes us a credit or refund for the difference as it is outrageous that you can in good conscince charge such an exhoboratnt amount and adding insult to injury when we tried to cancel find that our deposit was non refundable. Also when I called the complaint number listed on line, we think a "scam" was about to happen as this so called manager woman named Johanna said that she would authorize a $500 refund but we would have to buy an Apple card for that amount and then send to her and then she woud refund $400. We knew immediately this was a scam but you should be aware there are people claming to be with Bookings.com. they had all of my info from the room charge including last digits of my credit card. I wouldl appreiate hearing back from you to rectify this problem.

I think paying close to $600 for two nights in a Holiday Inn Express is not what I expected. But it's Dripping Springs, a big tourist trap.

The hotel is well located and within walking distance to a supermarket and eateries.

Didn’t feel like my room was very clean.… Found human hairs etc. in the bathroom on the countertop around the toilet and shower area. Don’t even think that floor was vacuumed?

Large facility and very good breakfast. Had a store with snacks and drinks which is very convenient.

The place is starting to look a little shabby from wear. Also when I walked in the bathroom bare footed the floor felt sticky which made me wonder how well they cleaned over all.

The top floor was really hot. Room AC worked great but hallway was extremely hot. Wasn't able to get room service.

When we pulled up, the pool was completely empty. We picked this place because it had a pool so that was pretty disappointing.

Only issue we had was the pool turning green the night we stayed but management had someone out ASAP to work on it.

The hotel was very clean and a positive vibe once walking in, the desk clerk was so nice and very knowledgeable of the area, the rooms were a perfect size and extremely clean. We loved the Dove products in the restroom!! The breakfast had a very large selections and all the workers were so friendly.

Staff shortage was apparent. Housekeeping was pushed to the limit along with other staff. They did the very best they could do. Need more help here.

Lighting in bathrooms was horrible. Water pressure in shower was horrible. I understand there may be water conservation efforts in place, but you're not conserving water if you have to spend an extra 15 minutes in there, rinsing off.
