We had no complains at all.

The breakfast had a good choice of foods, hot as well. Very clean and well set up. The staff were there for us to answer questions as well. We were sorry to hear that this location is closing!

Door to the room was damaged by someone previously trying to break in, the lock was damaged also.

Shower and bathroom are a continuous plane without a border. When taking a shower, water leaked past the shower onto the rest of the bathroom and got close to the door. I had to clean the water before it leaked into the carpet. This happened every time I showered. I also had a stained towel. Other than that, decent service.

The room needed a little TLC. The desk chair had the covering either stripped off or peeling off. The bathtub had a bright red spot by the drain so we didn't use the shower. The room overall was comfortable but just needed a little work done to it.

The young lady who checked us in was very friendly! The breakfast staff was great and the food layout was fantastic and very fresh! The bed and the pillows were very comfortable and made for a good night sleep.

The bathroom - especially the toilet wasn’t very clean. It had a brown ring around the water it could have use some Lysol. We also found a pair of mens underwear next to the chair in the room, we didn’t want to touch it so we left it there. If house keeping is moving stuff around to clean they should have found it. The tv remote control was dirty.

The room size was good. It had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The breakfast was good too. Location was great, you don’t hear anything from the outside even though close to the highway. Staff was friendly and provided us with a few things that we forgot at home.

A very minor point - the bathroom door was very squeaky! Breakfast was very average but adequate. Ice machine on our floor was not working.

Breakfast food was well maintained by the attendant. Booking price was good. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very much appreciated the nice mini-fridge. Liked having K-cups available in the room.

There were a few minor things. When I arrived, and pulled the curtains, I had found a booger on the curtains. There was some red stuff in the tub. I took it as mildew or something. There was still some hair from the previous guest in the shower. Not sure if if was cleaned well, or at all. The key card lock on the door every 3-4 hrs would activate. The first couple times it scared be because I thought someone was trying to get in. Then I realized later that it was just malfunctioning. Also, might want to ass to your website that the pool in permanently closed. That was one of the reasons that I got that hotel was because of the pool, then found out that it was closed. Was not a huge deal, but still. Other people and families might want to know that before booking

The stay was great. Great staff that answered all my questions when I checked in and during my stay. Comfortable beds. Big rooms. Amazing view of a lake with a fountain. Was able to walk around it as well.
