The hot tub jets and the whirl pool wasn't working. The water was disgusting. Over 50 ppl that didn't have wrist bands on. Which I said something to the front desk. The couple next to us were fighting and yelling. Which me and the grandkids had a hard time sleeping.

Staff unprofessional, pool area needs serious update...most of kid area doesn't work properly, breakfast is rediculous. Spend 800 for a weekend and have to pay extra for breakfast which you barely get anything at all. Not all you can eat. A lot of repair needs to be done at this hotel, hardly any upkeep being done. I paid in advance and they charged my card again.

The kids had funin the pool area ..Rust in pool area.. damaged tiles in pool. Rough ground in hot tub scratched legs feet.party at 1030 11 in breakfast area right by our door. Curtains in room wouldn't close light from parking lot shined in all night ppl walking right by our room window

There was no hot water for showers, 2/3 toilets of our 3 rooms did not work right. We originally got a dirty room and had to go back down for a different room. There were no towels at the pool area.

Employees was totally awesome 💯 Breakfast was excellent, but I was very disappointed with the room & the uncomfortable beds. To little and no air, didn't work. Totally disappointed that the pool have rust in the bottom of the pool, that look gross looking & dirty. The pool need to be drained and maintenance need too attend to the pool, ASAP! as my Grandchildren didn't want to swim.

The shower would take hours to drain. Informed housekeeping and it was not taken care of by end of stay.

I had issues throughout my whole stay. The breakfast package I bought they barely wanted to provide it to me I had to go back in fourth and they charged 100 hold fee. They kept blaming it on the third party and I paid in advance.

I requested a deluxe king room and got a queen. They said that bc I booked through a third party there was no guarantee of room choice? The room had not been properly cleaned - stuff on the carpet, windows smudged and dirt, Mirror not clean Linens were aged, raggedy

We felt like the property was up to normal Holiday Inn standards which is where we love to stay. Some of the pool area needs to be improved. The towels were low or out. The breakfast was a lot confusing. We were told it was continental for 1 adult and 2 under 12 but we still had to pay for 2 adults.

We booked this hotel as a family quick trip for a fun overnight. The kids water area was the main reason and our kids had a lot of fun!

Staff was under trained, the place was disorganized, my pull out mattress was kinda gross from stains, the room itself wasn't 100% clean and I only had 1 trash can.

The water was freezing in the regular pool. It was not very clean and they needed way more chlorine. No towels were available which should of veen stated that you must provide your own towels. The TV in our room did not work and they claimed their was complementary breakfast but their isn't.

The kids had fun in the kid pool side which was the only part that was "heated". And the beds were comfy.

Literally everything else. The stay was a joke, a clean and staffed Baymont 1 mile away was half the price for a 1 night stay. Instead, I paid the $168 for the "bonus" of a splash pad that looks as if you haven't maintained since construction. The children's water slides are rusted. The walls are literally peeling off from poor materials chosen in the humid pool area. Not one single TV in the hotel had a signal so no entertainment in the room. You offer breakfast, that once again is an hour wait and costs $11/person and was gross. Of the 3 rooms booked by my family, all 3 had a fold out sofa for extra sleeping area, all 3 rooms had no extra sheets, pillows, or blankets to fashion the sofa bed. When the front desk clerk was asked for supplies he gladly helped us and apologized as the hotel was pretty much out of towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets. TOWELS, SHEETS, PILLOWS, AND BLANKETS ARE LITERALLY THE BARE MINIMUM SUPPLIES YOU NEED TO RUN A HOTEL!

I liked that despite probably not being paid a decent wage, the ONE employee checking in a line of 10+ people that stayed flowing for HOURS kept a great attitude and was polite and helpful.

Kid's pool area is shut down, and appears to have been for some time. The stairs in the 'shut down' area are rusted out and cast off to the side, no indication that there has been or will be any attempt to repair this area.

Room wasn't bad, common hotel areas seemed nice enough and clean. Staff was pleasant, even when I left my kiddo's blanket at the front desk and had a mild panic attack.

The swimming pool area had to much bleach in air and in pool area to the point it gave me headache and to much for me and my children to properly use facilities.

We were told the pool was heated. To me 70 degrees is not heated. My grandson barely went in it. He did love the splashpad which had warm water.

This hotel does not have complimentary breakfast. We went out to a restaurant.

no breakfast due to no staff room was not cleaned well. I dropped my phone by the bedside and found a half eaten slice of pizza next to our bed. we did not have pizza . it was left behind after the room was to have been cleaned.

I did not like the fact that there was no promised breakfast. And I did not like the fact that the hotel charged me for the room, so my card was charged twice. Once on September 7th and again on September 18th. I did not like the fact that I had to prove that room was already paid for, or else the woman I talked to at the hotel today would not reverse the second charge!!!! As of right now, 3:20 pm, September 20th, I still do not know if that second amount has been reversed. 😡😡😡

The room was great. People there while we were, were nice.
