They pool was dirty! like nobody was keeping it cleaned. Also the staff was very slow! we waited to check in for over an hour! and there was a mess in the hallways that was there our entire stay.

The hotel and the water park are nice in theory!

this facility is not clean. The room had old towels in it when we arrived and the lobby, halls and elevators were dirty. Lots of maintenance is needed. There are stains on everything and most areas are run down and dirty

lack of staff: room wasn’t ready: not just for us but for everyone: sent us all to the lobby or pool both were over full of unhappy guests waiting for their rooms: no where to nurse my newborn: puke in the lobby: both restrooms on the main floor were over flowing toilets and no tissue.

I didn't like that it wasn't more than 1 receptionist on duty during check in hour. Didn't like that I asked for 2 rooms and only got 1. I didn't like that I was looking for complimentary breakfast to find out we had to pay for breakfast Didn't like that it was no warning of $100 being took out my bank account which created over drafts. I would have made sure to have that amount in my checking account for that purpose. It's been 24 since check out and Holiday Inn amount ($171 & $100) is still pending. Didn't like the children running through halls at night. If it was my Black children that then we would have been put out facility or police would have been called for disturbing. Wasn't able to relax in the jacuzzi cause of so many kids in it. I thought that was for adults only. Didn't like that window screens laying across the sidewalk. I assumed better with it not being a big facility.

I like that the receptionist was very patient and reassuring. Knowing that some things wasn't in their control

I booked this ahead of time as a Christmas gift for my kids in lieu of gifts. When we arrived and checked in, the room we were given appeared used. We only got as far as opening the door before seeing the messed up bed and walked out so I can't say if the rest of the room was messy or not. We were given a different room. Which had something sticky on the bench, "hot spots" had dirty fingerprints and the shower had pink slimy 'mold' in the cracks that had caulk. The pool and hot tub were just plain nasty and too gross to use. Check out the picture attached. The hot tub actually had a couple inches of foam floating on the water (which is usually caused by not sanitizing properly) and there was dirt on top of the foam. There was no continental breakfast, just a restaurant area where you could order food but the portions were tiny (one of the kid's breakfasts was around the size of a quarter of a waffle and two strips of bacon). Not nearly enough to fill anyone older than a 1 or 2 year old. None of our orders were correct and we received someone else's bill. We opted to go to ihop the second day. There's more to mention, but for me personally, that is more than enough for me to never stay there again and has made me wary of all Holiday Inns. Very disappointing Christmas gift for our family. Get it together or close your doors before you get shut down!

The pool area is quite run down compared to the advertised pictures. pool scum, excessive rust, multiple sections of the walls and ceiling peeling. Pool towels were never available requiring us to use the bathroom towels from our room over the two days. Pull out couch mattress was filthy and didn’t include bedding. Worst Holiday Inn I’ve ever been to

Stood in line for an hour in line to check in while my husband sat with the kids in the car. Was extremely chaotic at the front desk during this entire process. They didn't have breakfast which it stated they did. The pool area could use some freshening up. The hot tub was cold. All in all was not a very good experience.

The guy who decked me in didn't seem to know what the heck he was doing. Basically he was very slow in getting people checked on and kept forgetting the breakfast wristbands.

The place in general were clean. But the stair leading up and downstairs needed cleaning.

The room was over priced for the fact there was no free breakfast as advertised The ice machine was out of order The slide was broken out of order The water was freezing Cold and wayyyy over chlorinated to the point it was nauseating . There's no disclosure of the 100 deposit on booking.com or at the hotel

There wasn't anything to like because this stay was the worst stay at a hotel I've ever experienced.

This hotel was dirty and smelled terrible. The kiddie pool was closed and looked like it hadn’t been used in a long time. The hotel listed a free breakfast in the amenities but there was no breakfast. The hot tub was incredibly dirty and smelled bad. The pool was too cold even for our kids to swim in for more than 5 minutes. We will never go back again.

Well, this may be the new trend but no one serviced the room while we were there. Don't care if the bed is made but fresh towels and refilling the coffee supplies and a few sundries would have been much better. Coffee was available in the lobby but if your room is on the fourth floor and you like a cup or two before facing the world you don't want to take the elevator down to the lobby for a cup before your shower.

Wonderful facility. Great pool. Nice rooms. Staff was very friendly.

Called 4 days in advance to modify reservation staff assured me they canceled correct day. Reservation still booked but the day of I called just out of having an intuition and was told the staff messed up and cancelled the wrong day.staff there very rude they messed up on there end with my reservation and stated nothing they can do. Also stated they did not understand why I was upset customer, and said “it’s not me who messed up your reservation” even tho all staff fall under the same brand, further explained nothing she could do refused manager information as well as cooperate number and hung up on me

My husband had very little warm water for his shower. My son showered earlier and his was fine. Also, we were expecting breakfast to be available according to our booking, but it was not. There were a few items available for purchase only. We were told at check in that there would be complimentary coffee, but when we went to the lobby to get some, it was out. Our friends experienced this as well. We talked to the staff at the desk and someone did start more coffee right away. They also gave us a few extra k cups to use in the brewer in the room.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Not a big deal, just a suggestion. Have an option to complete additional info needed online vs having to fill out paperwork upon arrival. Seems outdated to need to do this.

Staff seemed friendly. Attempting to accommodate our needs. No shampoo, staff was good about replenishing. No coffee in main lobby but offered to make pot. Helped gather some creamer to use with keurig.

It was a bummer the restaurant wasn't open for dinner but we made due and got dinner and came back to swim some more.

The pool was great for our children. The restaurant wasn't open due to staffing, which is understandable. We just enjoyed swimming and playing as a family.
