Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.
It was very clean and everything was right near the hotel. They had a area where chief nakahoma things he made was sold. I bought my mom and purse that he made and a key chain. They were beautiful.

When we got there, it was about just a few minutes before time to check in according to Booking.com (3 pm). The lady at the front desk told us that the room was not ready and to come back at 4 pm because check in time had changed. When we got back, it still was not ready. She said she would call us. By this time we were tired from our trip there and my disabled husband was really ready to lie down and rest. She did not ever call and it was nearly ANOTHER HOUR. We decided to go back to the hotel and see what was up. It was finally ready for us…the lady made a remark that she was glad it was ready because she could tell I was getting very frustrated. It was just a lot to deal with after traveling several hours.
The room was very clean..still smelled like bleach when we got there.

The staff were great! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had a medical emergency on that Sunday morning and we were far from the hospital and I was told that the ambulance takes forever. Savannah at the front desk drove me 25 minutes to a hospital to get help and stayed in the waiting area for 5 hours. I can’t thank her and the staff enough for helping me. It was my first and hopefully my last asthma attack. I couldn’t catch my breath because of an allergic response and urgent care wasn’t open yet.
Everything was great and the hotel is conveniently located on Main St near the Chattahoochee River.

The shower and Jacuzzi floors were very slippery . Those need to be repaired so no one gets hurt.
Beautiful King. Suite with balcony, and breakfast included. We loved our stay there.

Wow. What was there not to like. Staff was great. Pool was wonderful. We had a jacuzzi tub. Wonderful. Clean, breakfast was great and cookies in the afternoon. The only suggestion is a bigger coffee pot for breakfast. It seemed like it emptied fast and we had to wait of course for refill. Loved the location.

Breakfast was good but today was confusing because when we checked in Saturday we were told breakfast started at 10am. However when I walked down to get a cart the breakfast area was open. So I told my family to grab something and then we were informed 30 mins before closing that bacon and eggs weren't going to be made. However one of the hostess did make the items and my family and I were really appreciate
Enjoyed everything especially the find the hearts and receive points. The pool inside was a plus. My daughter and I really loved swimming. The gym was also a great highlight for myself and daughter

no heat in the bathroom, what I meant is that there are no vents running heat into the bathroom. The heat in the bedroom area was not sufficient to heat the bathroom, it was ice cold in there. The jacuzzi was fine once we purchased a heater to place in the bathroom.
Breakfast was ok and what we expected, the room was nice with exception of heat in the bathroom. My husband and I had to purchase a heater in able to shower and also to use the spa tub. Overall great stay, I would stay in the future.
