The only thing I didn't enjoy about this room was the bed. It was the most uncomfortable mattress. I woke up with a backache the first night. I tried the second night i couldn't. So I slept on the sofa for the remainder of my stay.

My husband said there was an odor, but wasn't sure what it was or where it was coming from. My smell hasn't been accurate for awhile, but I think it was possibly the pool or gym area.

The staff was very kind. They had lemonade and cookies at check-in. The beds were very comfortable.

We had an issue with the A/C the first night. We checked in late and did not want to bother with it that night. The next day it was fixed and the room was very comfortable.

The breakfast was very good. The breakfast manager, Miss Alfreida was amazing. She spent time talking with us and making us feel very much like we were in her home kitchen.

It was over Christmas and because of Christmas they couldn't clean our room so we went elsewhere and checked out early. We had nasty beds for a few days. They did however offer us clean towels.

Only reason I gave 9/10 - is because I needed extra towels and wish I could have gotten a bottom floor.

Liked the location of the hotel, as it pertains to where I had to get to and from. Clean, friendly housekeeping staff, food smelt good, but unfortunately I did not make it on either day.

Everything looked 'new' except for the door mechanism ... tarnished and well worn. It didn't fit with the rest of the room. Found 1 rubber glove outside our door (assumed it was a cleaning person's glove); also found a used bath towel hanging from the back of the door. Both were 'bothersome.' but not enough to affect the overall room.

The breakfast was little to be desired, biscuits were very hard, the sausage gravy was gross and the juices were very watery, the hot bar was empty all the time couldn't find any one to fill it it's a good idea to bring your own breakfast foods 😡

The rooms were very clean and comfortable the room specialists were very kind, the young lady at the front desk was great.

As mentioned before, the cinnamon buns were not served on all most of the days we stayed there. And the accommodations were a little dated. I was expecting a more modern and renovated facility.

Very nice staff and the cinnamon buns were very delicious. They were the best part of the breakfast buffet by far. Unfortunately, of the 3 mornings we stayed, they were only served on the first morning, which left us unsatisfied the following 2 mornings. I felt we were teased.
