Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bigger waste baskets!
Staff were alert to guest in and out of the facility that was reassuring! Facility was clean , pool area was great!

Breakfast staff was NOT attentive to keep up with supply. We had to request coffee refills every day. Sunday, breakfast there were 7 items that were completely empty. When refills were requested, staff were on their phones & chatting, but did provide refills. The empty coffee was an issue for several guests. 2 tables were wobbly, which caused spills. The microwave in our room was not clean and had crumbs from previous use.
The facility was very nice, comfortable and convenient. Front desk staff was good. Staff was responsive. Great breakfast and choices. Overall we were happy with the accommodations.

I am 5ft4 and found the microwave was above my head so a little tricky to get the hot food out of. Also, reception didn't keep quarters as change for their laundry.
Large room, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was nice.

The beds were comfy, and the breakfast every morning had the same variety of choices depending what you liked. The automatic pancake dispenser was awesome!!
The staff at the property kept the facility top notch. Was always pleasant and willing to help

Some of the days nobody was checking on the breakfast buffet and the orange juice ran out and a maple syrup spill didn't get cleaned up in a timely manner (so the stickiness spread all over the floor and everyone's shoes). I feel that having a staff member that checks on everything frequently during the short breakfast window is low-hanging fruit! The heated pool was awesome, but at 3 pm there were no more towels and I believe another parent went to ask the front desk and they said there just weren't any towels available. Again low-hanging fruit! The water also had wads of hair and a lot of particulates in it, which made me wonder if the filters are working at all. All this being said, we had a really good stay and would come back again!
Close proximity to Pinnacles NP. Very friendly staff. It has a pool! And it's heated! The breakfast buffet had lots of options. The beds were very comfortable. There were lots of good restaurants nearby.

My experience was awesome 😎 all together.
I left the facility early the next morning 🌄🙂 therefore I didn't get an opportunity to experience the breakfast , I did pour myself a fresh delicious hot cup of Joe before I started my 1100 miles trip to the southern part of Tucson Az. That treat was very enjoyable.

All was good, i would say maybe the location a bit far away but I like most of all it.
Great facilities and the front desk people was wonderful. I also left my headphones and they shipped them over, which is quite great for some hotels. I def would recommend staying here. Is just 5 min away from the city center

Disposable everything. Single use plastics really detract from the stay. Makes the place seem cheaper than it is.

The only thing that we didn't enjoy was the thin ceiling and walls. We were abruptly awoken at 6:00a.m. from the loud stomping from the room above us. We were also near the elevator and could hear the beep every time it was in use.

I could hear the people above me.

Expensive for British visitors.
