The staff were great. Friendly and helpful. The breakfast was below my expectations but they had just up from no power the day before so it was good. Can't blame the staff. Bed was comfortable and relaxing.

The surrounding areas were sketchy. The front desk lady was unprofessional. The breakfast gave my husband and I food poisoning.

The slamming of the doors by employees starting early in the morning. It was nonstop!

The lady at the frontdesk she was very rude but of course very nice to my husband kept greeting him honey sweety to me very unprofessional but when I said something very snappy I kept my cool because of course I would've snapped so I let my husband handle things I booked reservation in my name but it got changed to his name somehow. I stayed from February 29th through March 3rd still haven't received my 100 dollars amenity hold back have called emailed every week nothing I will never again stay at a Holiday inn again. Wouldn't let us check in before time but kept trying to run my card before checking did understand that at all she tried about 130 but she told me I couldn't check in until 3 so of course I locked my card.

The overnight attendant could have been kinder....but it was not a deal breaker. The overall stay was great. We would stay here again.

The staff was welcoming the day staff specifically. The facilities were clean. The b'fast was great for the value.

One of the reserved rooms was without hot water and cable connection. But family was visiting from out of town and was out most of the stay.

Cleaning staff were a bit noisy when they would let doors slam on safety bar to hold door open. it was very loud. Shower curtains were not bit enough to keep spray from reaching floor. We were very careful to extent curtain to cover tub and side wall. Breakfast sandwiches were pretty average.

Very friendly staff, cleanliness and a quiet and comfortable stay. Also liked that security was out in the parking lot, I’m assuming keeping an eye on vehicles and surroundings!

Needed some cleaning-floors My husband forgot to lock our vehicle and someone rummage through it and had stuff all over the vehicle. Not the hotels fault, but more lighting or brighter lights might deter someone in the future.

Location for our need. Great price. Next to great restaurant.

That I had to ask for towels and for the room to be cleaned. Also had to ask for more liquid soap. Communicating with housekeeping was a task they didn’t speak English. I also did like the fact that we were being harassed for money while we were sitting outside in front the hotel on the bench in front of security who said or did nothing. We also forgot some clothes in the closet, knowing that that was the last place we’ve been and stayed. When I called the front desk to let them know that we had left those clothes there, we were told so sorry there’s nothing in the closet. We knew they were going to say this because of what we saw. I said to them that’s strange we just checked out of that room and that’s where we left them. So I said ok. About a half an hour or so later I got a call from the hotel from Patricia saying guess what so I stop her and I said you found our clothes she said yes. I told her we knew it was there because that was the last place we were and we just checked out . So be careful of leaving things behind you might not get it back. I worked at a hotel , I asked the front desk agent if they had a lost and found department she said yes. I told her then you should be able to go into your computer in lost and found and there you should see if the items I left in the room was turned in by housekeeping and also the name of that housekeeper. She put me on hold and never came back. That lead me to believe that they had no such system set up.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was ok the reason for ok the sink had lots of cracks in it as though someone dropped something in it. The room was very clean, had to ask for towels and get the room to be serviced. Breakfast was ok could’ve been better the bacon was extremely burnt. Did like that they had coffee all through the day and night. Front desk agent was very friendly did address any concerns you had.
